Delicious snacks and glasses of wine and prosecco, all for under 1 Euro...a perfect refulling pitstop on your exploration of Venice's backstreets. Highly recommend.

Amazing place with great atmosphere. You can get there nice snack for 1 euro with spritz or nice wine in really good prices! Wine costs 0,60 ,spritz 1,50euro! It's really small place but with so much soul! Definitely must visit when in Venice :)

Santa Croce
Santa Croce gained importance as a sestiere (district)
when Piazzale Roma was created in the 1930s to bring
cars and buses close to the center of Venice.
Constitution Bridge spans the Grand Canal linking
Piazzale Roma to the train station. This area buzzes
with energy from travelers and students. Historic
palaces and former industrial buildings house some
departments of Ca' Foscari and IUAV Architecture

I don't recall any fish. As far as vegetarian, you could get cheese and tomato on your sandwich. The counter guys were very nice and helpful.
