Coming from Madrid, it’s awesome to be able to experience the true tapas of Granada. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and received a bunch of food in return. The food was great and our server, Miguel Ángel was attentive and fun. Would definitely return!!...La comida y el servicio eran genial. Gracias a Miguel Ángel por una experiencia inolvidable!!!More

Thank you very much for your opinnion. For us, is very important our food and the service of the waiters. We hope that you come back again and to live a new experience.
Muchas gracias por su comentario.
Nice friendly staff and food arrived fairly quick. Shellfish soup quite plain, but rest of the food was good. Sangria average and too sweet. Beer while waiting for the table was complimented by free tapa. Lots of outside seating.
Lovely looking place amongst the labyrinth streets of Albaicin, Casa Torcuato is a very homely place for a meal (and a decent one at that). The portions are generous, the price quite affordable, and overall a good experience. While the dishes are not exactly world-class,...they sure do know how to treat their fish right. Would recommend.More
Even though you might be a local, expect to be treated differently. the first time i was here the waiter ignored me when i asked for the bill, even though he heard me clearly. They were very friendly with all the locals but to me...they gave the smallest tapa and weren't very friendly. The second time, they charged me 3.20 for a mediocre glass of wine for which I'd normally pay 2.50.More

It may not be fine-dining as we know it, but it sure was fine to be dining amongst the labyrinth of streets in a neighbourhood steeped in history. So, while the food was nothing special, and the service is in the vein of ‘slap it...to me, Pedro’, this restaurant is more about open air eating and classic people watching. On the day, it ticked the boxes for us.More

We went to Casa Torcuato under advice from a local. We were very disappointed. It was quite quiet with some empty tables reserved and many tables stacked at the back. We sat on stools by the door. When we asked if we could move to...a newly empty table we were told no it was reserved! We had to wait for service, everything was slammed down on the table. Meanwhile some young girls who obviously knew the waiter, came and sat down at a table. The waiters were more interested in laughing among themselves to providing a service. Very disappointing - four staff members to seven tables - poor show! Don’t recommend!More
