Joynes is our latest discovery in Berlin's dining & wining jungle and one we will happily return to very soon. The place itself is not exactly cozy and rather a cross breed between a Berlin pub and a French Bistro. The service and food, however,...More

This unassuming, small restaurant is quite simply one of the best restaurants in Berlin. The menu is composed of seasonal specialties. It is small, but exceptional, with every dish prepared to perfection. The tasters menu is a great introduction into the gastronomic virtuosity of the...More

We had dinner here following a recommendation and were not disappointed. The food was great. Every dish was clearly designed to combine flavors in an original way. The service was excellent - very friendly and efficient. They also offer a free small cup of soup...More

What a treat in a suburban street, to be given a meal that excelled from start to finish. We elected for the 6 course 'tasting' which started with a cold tomato soup amuse bouche, through tender squid, poached egg and asparagus, plaice, handmade pasta, venison...More

In a city where fine dining chiefly seems to mean little bits and pieces dribbled with heavily aromatized sauces, where a cast of thousands has pushed and pulled each element into place, this restaurant is a refreshing change. Each dish is lovely to look at...More

Excellent food, slightly unusual combinations that really work - both starters and main courses. Open wine list too short. Service friendly and good but a tad inexperienced. Nice setting but the place was quite loud. Will definitely go again.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone
streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through
little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
