One of the top in-house resort restaurants that I can remember dining in. They have a Vietnamese-Cambodian cook advising on meals, and they have a mini-farm/garden with all the essentials (I love cooking so I nosed around): kaffir lime, lemongrass, galangal, and other fresh herbs...abound. Service is spot-on, staff well-trained, food is always hot and served fresh, served all together or in courses based on your preference. Wide selection of wines and cocktails. Most of all, the building is rather impressive, with a sweeping view of the blue sea and Camiguin. We stayed in the resort and we were the only ones there, so we didn't expect much by way of supplies, but so far, everything from the menu has been available. Special mention for the grilled dishes and the curries. We can't wait to be back.More
