Beyond delicious We have had food around the world, this restaurant is one that will be hard to beat. Proper Italian food, flavours to match those found in Italy. The staff know their stuff, we waited 15mins for our food which means cooked fresh!!!! I can’t wait to go back. The lasagne is easily the best I have tasted, my husband was very jealous. When in Lourdes, please go here. You won’t be disappointed. Bella Bella.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO EAT

What a fantastic place to eat. It was recommended to us by the receptionist at the hotel we were staying at and what a great recommendation. The staff, food and atmosphere were all exceptional. Just wish we had found the restaurant sooner. Food just fab and prices excellent value for money. Will certainly eat here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future. A big thanks to all the staff and especially to our waitress Anna.

Has to be the best Italian in Lourdes

The food and value is that good we ate there 4 times. The restaurant is very busy and in high demand so book in advance. The food selection on the menu is excellent. The service is top class. The waitress from Ukraine is a gem as is the manager. This will be our no 1 spot to eat next year. Thank you guys for great food, service and advice. Highly recommended and yes we will be back.

We were seated and waited 15minutes for the waiter to come over and tell us that the kitchen was closing and they were only doing pizzas. It was at 7pm in the evening! My mother in law doesn't eat pizzas so we left. Walked passed a few hours later and they were still serving pizzas so the kitchen was well and truly open! Why have so much on the menu if your not willing to cook it?!

Most disgusting food i ever ordered

Apart from 30min wait for a plate of tortellini, which i close an eye too.., i must say that its a disgrace to italian cuisine.. Hard tortellini. Apart from the food the owner is arrogant, he has no manners at all, he speaks very roughly, loudly and has to shame to reprimand his workers in the kitchen in front of his clients. I was next to the cash to pay, he completely ignored me and kept shouting at his employees. Please don t waste your money there.. Plenty of other good restaurants.. Especially next to the castle... Cachot area.

Good food, reasonable prices, location not great in busy months.

Good food, a bit too busy, reasonably priced... we had the special, Seafood Risotto, and sat outdoors. The seafood itself was very fresh, the risotto too salty though (& I love salt so that's saying something). Regrettably the tables are on either side of a bridge which traffic and large vans & trucks use so we were often just a metre away from a large vehicle. We only tasted their pizza, but it was very good, thin and crispy. The dessert was very good too. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend visiting this restaurant in low season.

Not-so-nice experience for tourists

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch, expecting to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as any other customer. It was May 10 or 11, 2024. After being seated by the waiter, we ordered drinks and placed our food order. However, as we were having our drinks, our expectations were shattered when the waiter returned and informed us that we would have to move. He wanted the seats for someone else. He suggested we go across the street; some tables were available upstairs. Disappointed by this turn of events, we paid for the drinks we had and left. We were left with a bitter taste, feeling that our treatment was a result of being tourists. We believe that every customer, regardless of their origin, deserves better treatment than this.

Rude , pushy , demanding Boss - unprofessional -be aware

1st & last time at Made in Italy. After the server sat us down in the area across the street & we had ordered our drinks & food, the boss/manager started to yell at our server (who was of course embarrassed & was put in an uncomfortable position). The server was told to move us to the next table because the boss wanted to give our table to another group. Btw - both tables were next to street. We got our drinks and then boss came to our table and demanded that we had to order 1 pizza per person otherwise we had to leave. We had already ordered 2 pizzas for 3 of us since it was later in the evening and one was not really hungry. This is the first time a restaurant has told me what I have to eat. I thought I am the one that paying for the food that I would like to eat. I also felt badly for the server - who was humiliated in front of his co-workers & of course other guests he was serving. Bottom line: we left and had a wonderful pizza down the street with Profesional service & gratitude.

The ONLY ‘non Lourdes’ place to eat - FUN🎉

Having received a recommendation we assumed the very enthusiastic team to be ‘all front’ Not at all: our meals, steaks, pizza desserts and wine were top notch and super value. The enthusiastic staff continued to be charming and professional - great craic with great value 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food at a reasonable price

This is a very busy restaurant, with a great variety menu. It gets very busy especially between 6.30 to 8.30pm, so booking is recommended.

Amazing pizza

Pizza was absolutely amazing! The owner seems a cool guy too. Went for takeaway after the procession on our last night but were told they they had stopped serving takeaway pizzas,gutted 😐
