Really nice chilled vibe when we went. Good fish selection, could have a little more meat selection but overall nice mixture. Cocktails are lovely and staff are friendly.

The title says it all really - both food and service are very good. We'll certainly go again.... One thing that could be improved upon, is the selection of non - alcoholic beers and wines, the selection is very limited, and there's better alternatives, if...the restaurant doesn't want to expand the range.More

Dropped in to get the Scampi & Monkfish which is excellent. Decided to try the burger and it is without doubt the best burger I have ever had, anywhere. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Myself and my partner were walking along the seafront in clontarf today when we decided to stop for some lunch. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, restaurants are only offering takeout options in Ireland currently. We took a look at the takeaway menu and I decided...on the seafood linguine (takeaway) for €15, quite steep given the circumstances. We approached the desk to order when a woman came out to take our order. I asked what was in the seafood linguine due to intolerances to certain seafood. She responded by saying ‘seafood and linguine’, in a tone that indicated that I was an absolute idiot. I then asked what seafood and my partner said ‘prawns? And?’ to which she replied ‘yeah like prawns and seafood’ and laughed at us. She then proceeded to stare at us in bemusement and stated that she didn’t know what seafood was in the seafood linguine. By that stage we were so horrified by her manner that we simply went next door to Kanoodle where we were served by an absolute gentleman and where you can get a half portion of any dish (which feels like a full portion) for €7.50. Do yourselves a favour and don’t subject yourself to the treatment that we did.More

First of all I have to say it was great lunch. We ordered: starters: oysters, scallops mains: seafood linguine and half lobster desserts: apple cheesecake and toffiee pudding. Drinks: bottle of merlot and bbc deink and clontarf drink. My food was perfectly grilled, very soft...meat and all composition on plate was very good. Staff was nice, great pleasure to be served by Emma. Very high standard of food, nice view, friendly staff. Definitely place that you should go to.Im usually not giving the highest rate but this time its well deserved.More

What a place...we spent New Years Eve there and we had a fabulous evening. Andrea, who was in charge, treated us like VIPs, with a couple of free treats. Not only the food was amazing, but it was good value, the service was great and...the atmosphere in the restaurant was brilliant. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff, you made our evening. Keep up the good work! We'll be back very soon 😊More
