The burgers were awesome and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The burgers arrived quickly together with the sides.

Really wanted to love this place but left feeling a little underwhelmed . Having followed them on social media and heard about the great reviews , I was expecting something very special indeed . Staff member greeting visitors at entrance wasn’t the most charismatic ,and...certainly didn’t go out of her way to welcome us. Never mind , we came for the food not the service! Food came promptly as expected as we’d preordered 24 hrs before as requested. The actual food I had such high hopes for and I’d been thinking about it all day but unfortunately fell a bit flat . It was nice , but that’s about all I can say .... It promised so much from the menu’s description , but in reality delivered quite little In terms of flavour . Our burgers and chips were decent and nicely cooked but I’ve had better, from cheaper establishments . There wasn’t anything memorable from my Jerk Chicken Burger - which from the name you’d expect quite a punch in the flavour stakes . Also there were little flaws which you don’t expect when paying above average - frickles were underdone , raw batter which was inedible where they’d stuck together in a clump in the fryer. Those that were cooked well, tasted great but no one wants to eat raw floury paste so lots were left uneaten . For the price & the hype - i was expecting something near perfect and way more wow in terms of flavour . I’m not saying I wouldn’t return if I was in the area , but I wouldn’t rush back and certainly wouldn’t rave about it either .More

Booked for an anniversary meal for two and to be honest really thought is this the type of place for that? Was so wrong - mentioned it was our anniversary on booking and the staff went out of their way to make it special, the...food is just fabulous and cocktails are just yummy! Would love to see more variety of desserts though cause if you can do amazing burgers I’d love to see how you could expand on your desserts!!! Also found out since visiting the menus change which has always been my criticism of a lot of places as you got bored when menu stays exactly the same. Now want to take our daughter so please open bookings for Christmas!More

Decided to stop off here with a party of 8 after travelling down from North Wales. Having looked at the Menu/Instagram we thought the restaurant looked really good. We managed to book a table for the next day, paid a £20 deposit before hand and...submitted our order. Arrived the next day and were seated to an outdoor table. After sitting for roughly 15 minutes we were 'greeted' and i use the term 'greeted' lightly by a member of staff who practically shouted at us 'YOU HAVE TO PAY BEFORE YOUR FOOD COMES OUT'. Fair enough we thought.. but was there a need to shout so aggressively? We're a group of 30 year old's not young teens looking to do a runner. We paid.. then waited 20 mins for burgers to come out which weren't labelled. We had 3 vegans on the table.. would have been nice for us to have not passed around several boxes to figure out who ordered what. Fries took another 5-7 minutes to come out and we had to ask if we could order drinks. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive to the table and when we asked where they were we were met (from the same waitress) with an eye roll and abrupt 'THEYRE ON THEIR WAY.' ... When the drinks did arrive the waitress accidently knocked one over myself, rather than apologizing she said 'has it gone over you'... I wasn't impressed. I commend her on bringing over a fresh drink and paper towels for me to clean up with.. but it seemed to add to our overall frustration with our experience. Food was average, not the worst but certainly not the best. The wait for fries and the drinks made us wonder why exactly we had made a booking? Shouldn't they have been on time? This isn't a place i would recommend or rave about to others.More

Loverly views out towards Pen y Fan through large window frontage. Excellent parking. The staff were very friendly, and the tables well socially distanced. The burgers were excellent and with the super chips, filling. A very nice place to casually dine.

We were late seated for our pre booked table. This was a rare treat for us. The staff went very helpful so we ended up ordering way too much food. I mentioned this to one of the staff, they told the owner who came over,...he was rude and very intimidating even menacing. We paid and left promptly. He was so scary that I was a bag of nerves for days. I’m scared even writing this reviewMore

Wow found this amazing place on google maps. Wish we had found earlier. Better than FergBurger in New Zealand. Burgers are unbelievable, Flavour sensation with friendly staff. Great views of the mountains. If you need an excuse to come back to Wales, then this is...it!More

Came here with a few of my friends and left feeling slightly deflated. Went for the classic burger it was ok but for £9 on its own is a bit much if you ask me if you wanted fries you had to order them separate....A bit pricey because I’ve paid less for a better burger elsewhere. Won’t rush back in a hurry.More
