I’ve taken my new housemates to Mollys as I generally enjoyed the place but after tonight I realised they do not see the whole picture, it’s freshers week so I understand it is extremely busy however there was a gap at the bar, 2 people...in front of me was waiting so I tapped both on the shoulder to tell them there was a gap, I gave up as they didn’t want to see, so I moved in the gap, then I didn’t get served because I apparently “cut the queue” what was I supposed to do? Wait until someone else sneaked in? My drink also got taken, not spilt but taken so I was a bit thirsty to say the least!More

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub hopping down West Street and couldn't resist going to this big Irish pub and what a great time we had. I loved the interior of this Irish pub, the solid wood serving bar is so eye catching,...there's all the Irish bric a brac adorning in the walls and ceiling you would expect to find in a good Irish pub, I loved the ornate mirrors ,there's also tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, all in all its a fantastic Irish pub. We were here on a Tuesday late afternoon, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we ordered a guinness each, these were poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle, we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great pub we were in. My guinness was absolutely superb, a thick, creamy and most importantly iced cold guinness bursting with taste and on a hot afternoon a totally refreshing brew, in my home town of Liverpool we have lots of Irish pubs, love them and this one is as good as any in Liverpool, a totally cool pub. We really enjoyed our guinness in here, only stayed for the one each as we were pub hopping and for a first time visit to Molly Malones Pub we had a great time. Molly Malones Pub is easy to locate along West Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday, 5pm till 4am. Saturday & Sunday, Midday till 4am. A great pub, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.More

Always a lively atmosphere, fantastic spot to visit if you're out late night with friends. They even have live music sometimes.

Molly Malone's Irish Tavern in West street is a massive Irish pub that offers an excellent range of drinks and is the only Irish pub we went to on a three day city trip in Sheffield. With an excellent Irish themed interior with many interesting...fixtures and features that relate to Ireland and Guinness and superb seating options throughout the pubs whole interior it's the perfect Irish Tavern to enjoy a few pints of Guinness. We visited here late in the afternoon when it was fairly quiet in here and we could look at all the interesting fixtures throughout it's interior. When we visited here we had a pint of Guinness each which were fantastic and price wise what I would expect to pay in an Irish pub or bar. Molly Malone's is a superb Irish Tavern and well worth visiting as they show live sport in here and host live Irish music and also quiz nights and is very easy to locate from West Street tram stop its a short walk.(This is my first review of Molly Malone's Irish Tavern). Opening Hours. Monday-Friday-17.00-04.00. Saturday-Sunday-12.00-04.00. Nearest Tram Stop. West Street tram stop.More
