Good food, good staff and good drink! What more could you ask for. Wasn't too sure whether to visit after seeing previous reviews but glad i did! Must've been a one off because we certainly enjoyed our time there. Will be returning. Thanks guys

Came to the wheat sheath pub and had a great welcome by the man at the bar. (Sorry didn't get your name) nice cheap food and amazing bar staff.

Yes dogs are more than welcome in the bar. Doggy treats are free for our little companions plus a bowl of water both inside and outside the pub. The 'pub dog', Alfie is very friendly and often wandering about - he'll entice... More
