Excellent food. Helpful and polite staff. They even made space for my mobility scooter and a seat near the door.

AMAZING food and staff!! The food in this place is to die for! Huge generous portions served with a smile. We booked for a 10:30 brunch on a Saturday and throughout our whole meal they were constantly turning people away, so booking is a must....I opted for the ultimate bacon butty and the maple bacon pancakes (because why not hey!) and I would rate the food a full 5 stars, it was faultless. The only reason for the 4 stars (and not the 5) is because the drinks took soooo long to come out, they actually arrived after our food - so they took about 25 mins… The staff were lush, really friendly and smiley. No doubt we would return.More

This restaurant was recommended by friends and it certainly did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service we received from our waiters Ricardo and Tamara was faultless. Both were very helpful and friendly and carried out their roles in a professional manner. I...wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning on our next visit to London.More

My husband and I had a fab breakfast here on our last day in London there were lots to choose from on the menu I think they had everything you would expect at breakfast and some I had the scrambled eggs on sourdough with sausage...and mushrooms added my husband couldn’t decide so he had the kedgeree and a bacon roll all really good, the place was really busy which is always a good sign the place was very lively and had a fab buzz about it just a shame we didn’t discover it at the start of our trip 😄More

My wife and I had the eggs Benedict with salmon and eggs in hell for a late breakfast. The eggs Benedict was as expected with fresh smoked salmon and top quality eggs. However, the eggs in hell was a hit disappointing taste wise. However, it...comes in a cast iron skillet which keeps the food hot, well too hot, for an extended period of time. I ordered orange juice, and it was less than expected. It didn’t taste or look well. One of the servers kept giving us facial expressions because of our American accent as if he can’t understand us. It was very interesting since we are in SOHO London where tourists flock from all earth corners with accents, broken English or no English at all times. All in all, it was an ok experience. Would we come again? Most likely not.More

My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for some time now, it’s infamous for the LGBT community, various famous people. It has a fantastic vibe about it. We booked this restaurant a day in advance with friends via the Internet and requested...a booth at the back for privacy. When we arrived we was greeted by a gentleman at the front door, he checked our reservation then quickly tried to usher us into one of the crammed seats at the very front as you go in the front door. This area was very packed and loud. We pointed out to him we’d already pre-booked and requested a Booth at the back of the restaurant. He checked our booking for the fifth time and escorted us to the booth to the back. There has been some decor changes and I believe change in management. We ordered our food. We ordered small plates to arrive before the big plates. this seems to be the in thing now. Small plates I would suggest are starters and yes, you guessed it big plates are main meals. Unfortunately things didn’t go to plan. Our big plates came out before the small plates. Halfway through the meal we called the waiter over and reminded him we’d ordered some small plates. He said he will chase these up. We almost finished our main course when our small plates turned out. We was full and decided not to have these. They took them away, two minutes later a different waiter arrived with our small plates again, we declined these, five minutes later more small plates arrive, you guessed it we declined this as well. Had a lovely catch up with our friends and amazing time. However as I mentioned earlier it as had some change in management which has been a noticeable decline in the restaurants performance. We requested our bill. Unfortunately they had put all of the small plates on the bill, I mean literally, even the ones we didn’t actually order. Unfortunately I feel the restaurant can’t deliver the same standards it used to. Despite all of our efforts to ensure a smooth evening. We’ve got talking to the table opposite us and they had confused their choices and even omitted food, needless to say they was also a very disappointed and disgruntled party. Such a shame. In the future I’ll be looking for a different restaurant with fabulous service. :-(More

Firstly the food was amazing, very high quality and as i was hoping for. It was incredibly noisy inside very difficult to hold a conversation May have been due to where we were sat but it was hard going. Service on the whole was good...- but drinks did take a long time to arrive and we had to ask for desert menus.More

If I was to say our starters arrived after we had finished our main courses, that would summarise how bad rehearsal service was.10 mins later another round of starters arrived. Needless to say we did not pay for either of the rounds of starters and...the bottle of wine was taken off the bill. The burger was amazing, the bill was presented including the cost of the starters we did not eat, we corrected the bill, took off the service charge and left and will not go back.More
