We dined on a Tuesday evening and the place was full of very happy, well fed diners. Fantastic service and brilliant well cooked British style food. Although expensive I would recommend the cheese soufflé and the Dover Sole which was sublime. Can't wait to go...back.More

I had lobster cocktail and roast grouse and my wife has cheese souffle and beef wellington.I doubt whether any of it could have been bettered anywhere in the world. The staff were lovely and the food came quickly.this is certainly not a cheap option, but for the...best,it is worth every penny. The ambience is that of a rather up market gentleman's club,so if you dont like the idea of that, this is not for you.For us,it was perfect.More

We were seated in a booth for my husbands birthday treat. It was Saturday evening, and service was busy - the staff were accommodating & friendly. We had the lobster bisque, then Wellington. It was delicious. The whole experience was decadent, as were the desserts...- I had the chocolate option & felt like Marie Antoinette at Easter. Apparently spotted dick wasn’t bad either ♥️🥂. Thank you for making it so special. Expectations were high & exceeded.More

What a great evening! Staff and service couldn’t off been any more helpful, not to mention the amazing food! I decided to have a mixture of starters rather than a main which wasn’t a problem for them. When it came to dessert, the waiter and...I played a trick on my wife as we were sharing.a dessert and he went to the trouble of making it look like I had already eaten this when she left the table. Great personal touch to make a memorable evening! To top it off, they brought a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Top restaurant!More

This is a fabulous experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, surroundings , service and food are all very traditional and excellent. This was our third visit to this gem in Jermyn Street which even during Covid was as good as ever. We were met...at the door and shown to a lovely corner table and were served by several lovely staff during the meal. We had dressed crab( a work of art), stilton souffle (fabulous if like me you are a lover of this British king of blue cheeses) , halibut, lobster thermidor and a couple of delicious sides. We enjoyed an aperitif of house Chablis and a bottle of Graves. We finished with creme brulee and delicious espressos. Yes, the bill is a little hefty, but it is worth it to treat yourself to the experience, ambience, food, service and tradition that is Wiltons. We will return.More

A rare 5-star review for one of the finest English restaurants in London. I was on a quest to prove to my son (who was brought up in France) that English food is good. And so to Wiltons for lunch on Monday. We decided to...forgo starters but chose the Seasonal Menu, which includes the Carved Dish of the Day from the trolley. Fortunately it was Roast Lamb, one of our favorites. The lamb is carved in front of you, and it was delicious. It is served with your choice of vegetables and roast potatoes, all of which were very good. For dessert, he had White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Cheesecake and I had a very traditional Rhubarb and Apple Crumble. Both were exquisite. The service is just right: kind, attentive and helpful. All round, an excellent lunch. Wiltons deserves a return visit and I shall oblige.More

We like this restaurant, where the service and ambience has an old-fashioned feel that we miss in so many modern restaurants. The food that we ordered was good, though the fish could have been cooked less. The wine waiter was obsequious and a little too...pushy. I should have been tougher with him and not accepted his choice of wine that was too expensive for my pocket. For all that, we had a really nice evening with a good friend from overseas.More
