Very welcoming. Got seated straight away. Only issues were in the bar seating area upstairs the music was so loud you weren’t able to have a conversation which made it difficult to socialise and have a good time! Also the drinks took such a long time to arrive, you had to order them as you received your first drink and even then they didn’t come for around 30 minutes!

Really fun afternoon, staff were so friendly and accommodating, never had to wait for anything. Main host lady (sorry cant remember her name) was great and made sure everyone was having a great time. Really uplifting atmosphere where everyone was enjoying themselves. Constant drinks, almost too much lol! Food was great although more picky, due to the amount of drinks they give you, you may want to eat before hand to line the stomach sufficiently. Me and my friend went with our husbands as a birthday celebration but they were the only men there! It didn't matter to us but definitely more of a hen party type vibe.

Cool Mexican restaurant in Soho. Amazing margaritas! The food was delicious too, especially loved the beef loaded fries and the cauliflower bites. Went with my son, he appreciated it being cool while even old me didn’t feel out of place. The music was really good as well.

It was a terrible experience.
I booked for 9 people for my friends birthday, I specified in my reservation request I needed a table upstairs for dinner before going down to the club (my friend is pregnant) - they confirmed it, even on the phone!!
When I get there we get a table downstairs as no other tables were available, so we have to order food at the crowded bar, have dinner in the middle of people dancing to the loudest music so impossible to hear each other. I booked the table for 2 hours, and after not even 1 hour they take it from us because they need to push it to make the dance floor bigger!
VERY VERY disappointed , my group had a terrible night, and it was clearly pointless to book and make sure I had a table upstairs beforehand. I’m furious.

Went on a quiet night, mid-week, and received atrocious service.
We were billed full price for a cocktail special. My food order was wrong and the waiter sort of shrugged, half-apologised and came back with a mini plastic container of hot sauce like that fixed it. When we explained the billing error, we were offered additional drinks at no cost to cover the difference, but then another waiter came with those drinks and the bill (again) for everything we'd already paid for plus the full price of the free drinks.
Lastly, towards the end of our visit, the staff had a loud, happy conversation about getting to close early to have a short shift.
The drinks and and especially the food were not worth the price, and definitely not worth the lack of good service.

Went in on a Tuesday apaarently it was twos Tuesday so if you buy something you get another free, we’ll.. I had to find that out myself no one explained the menu just that we had to use an app to order, well tge Apple website wasn’t working I’m afraid so when we eventually caught the attention of a staff member ( they were all gossiping at the bar upstairs btw) he said he’d come take our order, took him few mins to find a writing pad… wth
We ordered, had a few drinks as well which were nice tbh, did the whole dance again to be waited on as we wanted more food…
Then we asked for the bill and paid, but, once I’d looked I should have looked at the bill closer actually we’d been over charged with no Tuesday deal so we try to get the waiters attention.. once we did after a few minutes (the gossip must have been interesting huh) we asked him why we’d not been given the double deal he said oh I’m sorry you have to tell me, wait.. how long have you worked here do you not know what day it is??
He brings the bill again and I’m like mate I’ve paid allready we’re asking why there’s a bill for two burgers when it’s buy one get one free… he said oh I’m sorry then we get a refund for what was it £8…
We were the only table in the venue, I know because my wife went to the girls downstairs which was empty.. all the staff were huddled at the bar about 4 of them including a manager…
I’ve heard from other people that this place sucks for it’s service but … wow
Nice drinks and good party atmosphere but just.. wow.. don’t waste your money goto el Camino if you can get in or chillango

I booked a table here for dinner for two. Even though I booked downstairs seating, we were seated in the basement area where the music was so loud, we barely heard eachother talking. The hostess provided little almost no info on how to order. When trying to order, the bar staff sent us away and asked us to order at our table with the app/website which did not work properly. Finally, I managed to ask for two cocktails from the bartender, which took ages to be prepared and we were left disappointed as they tasted like fruit juice without any taste or smell of alcohol in there. Anyway, the food was served, which also did not meet our expectations. My friend didn't even finish hers and the meat in mine had an odd smell. No one checked on us to see how our meal was, even though the place was empty and the staff seemed to be chatting at the bar. We decided to leave as fast as we could.
Needless to say our bill included a service charge - for what though? We had to keep harassing the staff for any type of service and even had to order our own food....
For an area this trendy (and expensive), make sure to find a better place for your money.

Disgusting customer service from the security guards upon entry and nothing like what has been advertised. Booked online two months prior, turned up and made to feel silly saying we hadn’t booked despite having proof with the booking confirmation. The place where our booking was created for on the ground floor was also empty. We were sat at the back near the toilets despite the other seat being empty. When we sat down to order the menu was completely different to what was ordered online, having no burritos, and was generally completely different to what was online. They are getting people there under FALSE PRETENCES. When we made the final complaint we were offered free drinks, but did not feel we could stay as this was too little too late. I was then guaranteed that I would not be charged £50 for the booking, even though they didn’t have my booking or my details. I had to ask them to take my details and booking reference number to ensure this won’t happen as we felt extremely disappointed. Had a nice meal at East Street Kitchen instead - so much better!

Had a table booked for 9 friends. All the cocktails were nice but the service is awful.
The waitress was extremely unhelpful, and acted like she was doing us a favour by doing her job. Drinks and service was generally very slow and our order was incorrect when it arrived. The waitress kept coming over to rudely tell us we hadn’t paid for our drinks yet, even when we had paid on the app already. Apparently they have no way to tell how you ordered and whether you have paid or not, which probably needs to be resolved.
Our booking was until 10:30 and at 10 they came over to tell us very rudely that we needed to leave in 5 minutes.
The worst aspect was one of the security staff. He was extremely rude to us and we also heard to him do the same to many other people. Our group had just come through the door and were told to either wait inside or head to the bar. When we tried to move in just to let everyone in and shut the door one of the security men, who happened to be walking up the stairs inside, literally shouted ‘Stay there!’ at us as if we were children. We were all genuinely shocked by how rude he was, the other door men outside were slightly more pleasant luckily. When we were leaving we heard the same man shouting at everyone outside too. The whole attitude was so unpleasant and unnecessary.
I’ve never been treated so rudely in any bar and it was so bad we were considering leaving as soon as we arrived. The attitude of the staff completely ruins the whole venue and none of us would consider returning after this.

Had a table booked for 6:30, wasn’t ready and watched the door staff rudely chuck people off of a table to get ours ready. Ordering service was horrendous, no guidance from waiting staff, orders were all wrong. No apology and seemed like doing their job was an inconvenience. But the biggest issue was the doorman! I’m definitely sure a customer facing role is not for him. Rude, intimidating and generally came across as angry with customers. I’ll defo be recommending to everyone I know not to visit. Great idea very poorly executed by your staff.

Terrible experience. I booked a table for 15 people for a Saturday night to celebrate three birthdayd. When we arrived, we were accommodated in a tiny table under the stairs were only 7 out of the 15 of us fitted. I had to talk to the manager several times for them to give us another table but they never changed us because “15 people can fit in the table” in his words. All of us are slim and I can assure you that it was impossible to fit more than 7 of us there.
We ordered food and I never received one of my orders. I complained at the bar and they said they would fix it but that order never arrived.
The booking was until 11pm and by 10pm the stuff started to lift the chairs of our table and basically kicked us out of our table. I showed them that my booking was until 11pm and despite that, they insisted that they had to lift the chairs. Security came to talk to me, telling me that they had to remove the chairs and sent me to talk to the manager.
The manager offered a different table (at 10pm when I had been asking for that all night long) but by the time they offered that all my guests were fed up and we decided to leave the place.
Terrible birthday. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.

Went for my sisters birthday in a group of 9. The security outside were so rude, shouting at people and acting like we’d done something wrong when we were forced to wait in a corner because our table wasn’t ready on time. Tried to also take our table away 20mins early. Waitors/waitresses incredibly bored as well were rude and unhelpful. Tried to charge us twice when we ordered through the app saying they weren’t linked to the app so they didn’t know we paid. Never coming back.

We went yesterday and my voice is still recovering from belting out some great 80s tunes while playing music bingo! It's really good fun, the bottomless drinks were topped up constantly and the staff so friendly! "Sandy" the host was attentive to everyone in there and I can honestly say I've never seen a happier DJ enjoying his job. It ticks all boxes for a fun afternoon, nothing serious, just go with the flow and enjoy it. Thank you for a great time Barrio Soho

We went for after work drinks, while they were reasonably priced, we mentioned we weren't quite ready for the bill as we were potentially doing to order more - the waitress ignored this and proceeded to leave the bill on our table. We were then trying to work out how much we owed, when we mentioned we were just working out the totals and how much everyone owed, the waitress sat down at our table with the card machine which pressured us into paying the bill promptly again, not leaving his with the option to order anymore. It definitely felt like we were being pushed out and told to leave; even though the upstairs was pretty much empty and the venue wasn't closing. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be pressured into drinking up and leaving. There's loads of other options in and around Soho.

I decided to celebrate my birthday there with friends, as I have been quite a few times to barrio Shoreditch, What a mistake!!
We had such a bad time. (I was even embarrassed with my friends for choosing that venue)
The costumer service of this place was the worst. The waiters were incredibly rude and careless, half of our drinks/food were missing, we waited 1 hour for a bottle of water and on top of this they asked us to leave 30 minutes before our reservation time.
I can’t believe they delivered such a poor service! Stay away of this disgusting place.
