We were greeted by Alina who recognised us from visiting last year and even asked if we would like the same table! We’ve only visited once before! The service was fantastic!! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! I’d rate this restaurant number one in...Liverpool for Indian/Himalayan cuisine! How is this number 9!?! There was also a good choice of wines and beers and the price was reasonable too! A must if you like Indian cuisine!More

Very good dinner, last minute booking wasn’t a problem, very central and easy to find, menu was outstanding (as was dinner), service was attentive and quick - sometimes almost too enthusiastic!

We came here for my daughters Birthday, we arrived a little early for our booking, and were shown to a table, good start we thought.... Popaddoms and onion Bhaji came out fine, no problems here... but they didn't take our main order at the same...time, they eventually came to take our main order but didn't clear away any of our starter plates or dip trays ( these remained on our table throughout the rest of the evening!) my son repeatedly asked a question about the keema rice to the waiter who ignored him, and we ended up with more rice than we needed. The plates were literally thrown at us, as they were hot, so why not use a cloth when passing out plates! and the food was plonked down in a very rude manor, the food it's self was lovely Not once did they check if everything was ok or ask if we needed anymore drinks....which we did but noticed no one else was going to the bar so we thought maybe it was all still waiter service due to covid in which case you'd have thought to check if we needed anything, so we ate our meal, paid and left very disappointingMore

I travel from the NE to Liverpool quite a lot but this was my first visit to Bardon Rouge and I have to say, the food was out of this world, I didn't want it to end as it was so tasty and well presented,...best I have ever tasted! My daughter can be a bit picky but she said the same and savoured every mouthful! The staff were all so friendly and the restaurant looks beautiful, would highly recommend, it's close to Matthew Street too which I found handy!More

Fantastic Indian food and friendly staff. We were staying close by so we ordered takeaway. The staff were very helpful and when the food wasn’t quite ready when they said it would be, they threw in a bit extra. Really delicious and memorable food.

Best Indian food we have ever stated! Came as a family of 6, staff super friendly, food was super fresh and so tasty! The naan bread was unbelievable and was the best ever! The restaurant was very clean and very modern. Only thing I would...say is that the management should look at renovating the toilets as although they were clean, they could be doing with a spruce up. Overall, beautiful food which was so reasonably priced! Thank you!More

The food here is cooked to perfection. The flavours from the Tandoori Fish Tikka was amazing. I was really impressed by the table service as my order arrived quickly with friendly waiters.

We came across this restaurant while strolling around in Liverpool, and decided to give it a shot. It is safe to say that we didn't regret it. The decor is beautiful, the ambience exotic, the food delicious and, most of all, the service was impeccable....The waiters and owner are all incredibly affable. It came up during a conversation that the staff all commute from Manchester every day. That is the level of dedication they have - and it shows.More

I love Indian food, but never really feel like there is any nice ones in Liverpool. I tried this as the reviews were really good, absolutely amazing. The staff were lovely and came over a few times to ask if the food was nice which...I thought was really good customer service and friendly! The food was gorgeous, me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it and will definitely be back again. Thank you.More
