Our wedding cake looked beautiful and we had lots of comments that it was delicious. Tom at Well Walk was great in the run up and provided three different flavours and enough for 140 guests. The cake was delivered and installed for us on the...day. I would definitely recommend working with Well Walk for wedding cakes.More
I contacted Well Walk Tea Room last week to see if they could arrange a surprise afternoon tea delivery for my Mum and Sister who are staying in Winchcombe for the week on holiday. I spoke to Tom via email and he was really helpful...and friendly! He delivered the afternoon tea this morning and my Mum and sister are very excited to enjoy all of the yummy treats this afternoon in the sun! They’ve sent me photos and it has arrived nicely packaged and all looks lovely. Next time I am in Winchcombe, I will definitely be ordering an afternoon tea delivery from Tom 😊More
I ordered 2 afternoon teas to be delivered to my parents; Well Walk were so efficient and got back to me straight away regarding the order. It arrived beautifully presented (my parents sent a photo) with a note that I had asked to he enclosed....Have eaten at Well Walk before and the food is always delicious, I’m so glad you’re still able to operate even in these difficult times.More

Thank you Well Walk Tea Rooms for making my boyfriend's mum's 70th birthday special. She was treated to lovely fresh home made finger sandwiches, cakes, meringues, macaroons, scones with cream and jam, tea and coffee and lemonade delivered to her garden as she is still...shielding. There was such a generous portion there were leftovers for the next day and a birthday message was enclosed with the afternoon tea. We will be back!More
Dear Tom, Thank you so much for our delicious afternoon tea to celebrate our shared Birthdays! So kind of you to deliver it for us. It was beautifully presented in a box. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were all fresh and delicious. And included were...two bottles of lemonade, two teabags and two lemon hand wipes... We will be back! Best regards, Lorna Linton & Hilary PlumtreeMore
We had a delightful “Well Walk Afternoon Tea”. Staff were very attentive. The food was abundant (and delicious!) and the “unlimited house tea” kept flowing! Well worth a visit. As we pre-booked early, they gave us the best table - upstairs in the bay window.
Booking at 3pm on a Saturday. Lovely home made cakes included in the afternoon tea. Especially the Victoria sponge. Vegetarian option available for the sandwich fillings. Pasta on the menu had run out. Disappointed teenager. The interior is very quaint, love the mis matched tea...pots, cups and saucers. Great concept for a typical English afternoon tea. But the restaurant needs a good clean, smelt very dusty which isn’t a pleasant environment to eat and drink. Chairs uncomfortable and grubby. Service ok, not exceptional. Wouldn’t rush to go back unfortunately as the idea is a great one. What a shame.....More
Just enjoyed afternoon tea at Well Walk Tea Room. Decided to go for the ‘Gentleman’s Tea’ as a change to the normal ‘Afternoon Tea’. Lovely and amazing value at just £16.95 per person. The Tea Room’s decor is brilliant and adds to the whole occasion,...as do the very pleasant staff. There is an upstairs room as well and I would advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment (although they were able to accommodate an uncooked table of four whilst we were dining). Limitless tea or coffee of your choice.......the Gentleman’s Tea was an extraordinary meal, loved it......Pork pie, scotch egg, ham, beef, numerous cheeses, crackers, bread buns, pickles, salad and, scones, jam, cream and fresh fruit.. Well done and those other patrons appeared to be very satisfied with their own hearty standard Cream Teas..... Thoroughly recommend the establishment....More
I took my husband here for a Gentleman’s afternoon tea. It was fab. Pork pies, scotch egg, beef, ham, cheeses, pickles, bread rolls, a small salad and crackers followed by scones, ham and clotted cream. plenty of choice of tea. A great alternative to the...usual afternoon tea of sandwiches and cakes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The tea room itself is quaint and old fashioned. LovelyMore
I had a wonderfully happy birthday visit to Well Walk Tea Room yesterday. The display of cakes and array of sandwiches was wonderful. The Tea room itself was very cosy with many pretty items of China, memorabilia, and jewellery. These are on display and are...on sale at the same time. Seth served us and made us smile. Well worth a visit. It is apparently the oldest shop in Cheltenham... PaulineMore
Best afternoon tea I ever tried. Best one in cheltenham for sure! The scones are amazing and the cakes are really tasty and homemade. I love to bring family and friends here, it’s the best way to introduce them to the real British afternoon tea.
Delicious afternoon tea, lots of choice, great sandwiches too. Scones were warm and perfect consistency. Choice of jams and tea. Just perfect. Only thing i would change is a new carpet!
We were staying in Cirencester and wanted have a cream tea. I googled “best cream teas in the Cotswolds” and picked out the Well Walk Tea Room from the long list that popped up. We were both delighted with our food. They had Darjeeling tea...- we do not usually find that in cafes. We both had sandwiches and they were amazing. The bread was fabulous and the fillings delicious. The piece de resistance though was the scones with jam and clotted cream and fresh strawberries. We have had lots of cream teas over the years and can safely say that these scones were perfect. They were light and tasty. The jams were great and we have never had such an ample supply of clotted cream. We will definitely be returning to Well Walk Tea Room any time we are near Cheltenham.More
