First time in a vegan pizzeria. The base was light and tasty. The pesto very good. Less sure about the vegan mozzarella which didn't work for me. I'm also not keen on vegan "meat" substitutes. However, I can understand why some might like them. Staff...efficient and friendly. Well worth a try.More

Pizzas were always one of my favourite foods before I adopted a plant-based diet. That changed once I tasted non-dairy cheese! However, I’m pleased to say that Purezza has made me love pizza again thanks to their own plant-based mozzarella recipe and the freshly made...sourdough bases. 😋 The pizzas were gorgeous! We had the “The One with the friarielli” and “The one with the pesto” (excuse the poor photos). I just wish there was a branch local to where I live. A perfect excuse to come back to Brighton! Highly recommended!More

The staff were friendly, service was quick considering they were pretty full and it was a Friday night! The pizza was unreal. My friend and I had a white base and a tomato base with varying toppings and everything was fantastic! So flavoursome and tasty-...couldn't tell it was vegan! I would encourage everyone to eat here! Plus get some dessert (if you can- those pizzas were filling) because the desserts were also delicious!More

Thoroughly enjoyed the tastiest Margherita Pizzas today ta Purezza with a team of business liaisons who were equally as impressed with the wonderful service as much the food and from the perspective of one with Italian blood, these pizzas were every bit as good as...the quality found in Salerno. Very impressed and I very much look forward to returning next time I'm in town.More

Lovely place, all vegan food. Pizzas were amazing the only slight dislike was the vegan mozzarella. Staff were nice and let us change a drink we weren’t so keen on!

Fantastic food, great pizzas and lovely deserts. You can tell that the chefs here really care about flavour and punch. The fact that all the food is vegan is incidental to it being tasty, creative and delicious.

Lovely food, good, easygoing and enjoyable experience. Had the Seaspricacy pizza whereby profits go to Sea Shepherd, a great charity desperately trying to save our oceans. We'll done Purezza, I'm very impressed, definitely worth future visits.

As a visitor to Brighton with family, we looked for a good Vegan Pizzaria that had a good rating, Purezza was highest rated which I assume meant raved about by all visitors, well the staff were lovely and friendly although the chef must not have...been allowed to speak as he came out into the restaurant a couple of times but never even smiled so probably employee not family, the local craft pale ale was tasty and well priced for the area, cheaper than expected, the wine was the other end of the scale, but reported as enjoyable by the accompanying ladies. The food however belies the rating they have somewhat, although they make their own dough and cheese etc all of our party found the pizza contents both sloppy and tasteless, two came out what I would consider burnt in several areas, the side dishes were pretty miniscule and also lacked much taste. Overall an experience that I would not recommend and definitely not repeat and if you judge by the amount of people dining and those that would not review, the prices, high as they were, probably reflect the catchment of "one off" visits.More

We ate here on the last night of a trip to Brighton and very glad we did, think it was our favourite meal of the trip. Glad we booked too, as it was consistently busy even though a mid-week evening (a good sign!) The sourdough...bases were very good, so great to be able to have an authentic pizza as a vegan. My partner ordered 'the one with friarielli' while I went for the 'seaspiracy' pizza, both were really tasty. The seaspiracy one had what I would describe as splodges of tuna mayo (nicer than I have described, sorry!) and the overall taste was really like having tuna on pizza which is something I really used to enjoy many years ago. Had a lovely glass of organic red on the side, reasonably priced too. My partner then ordered 'the chocolate one' which is basically a nutella pizza served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top. It was very good and a large size. The ice cream is a great addition and I think using the same sourdough prevents it from being too rich. Service was very good, especially as it was busy, as we were not kept waiting and the waitress took the time to check how things were when we had the food too. Will definitely be back the next chance I get!More
