Dropped in for lunch, and were delighted. A small, tasty menu of well cooked dishes, with excellent service. I was even given tastings of two draught beers to make my choice! A lovely pub interior with natural decoration, beaming and "feel".

No, it's just a pub but there are B&B's nearby or in other villages. Rose Cottage / Orchard house both with Singleton addresses or the Fox Goes Free in Goodwood.

The Partridge Inn is set within the picturesque Goodwood Estate in the South Downs village of Singleton near the Cathedral City of Chichester, West Sussex. The building dates back to the 16th century when it would have been owned by the rich and powerful Fitzalan Earls of Arundel. Today the Partridge Inn is transformed into a warm local pub with great character at its heart. Expect a friendly welcome from your new hosts Sarah and Mark, a relaxed atmosphere and great food.
