Nothing fancy here other than the train that delivers to your table and the screens where you order, but it's Clean, efficient, tasty and reasonably priced. Been here a couple of times when I have a craving for a quick bite and don't need a dining experience or a high bill.

The quality of the fish is good, however, there were not too many choices of nigiri sushi & sashimi to choose from which is kind of disappointing.

I’m sure kids will love it. You order via a menu screen and an electronic train delivers your food directly to your table. Feels a bit ridiculous, but I’m sure young people and kids will love it. Tempura prawn no taste, salmon absolute no taste, even the wasabi was bland, how’s that possible? Not too expensive, but you get what you pay for. Satisfies only desperate sushi cravings.

Dined with my friend and my son, its our first time to dine here with my son. But my friend decided to get dinner here. For my son loves Japanese food, again my son had fun for the delivery of our orders. Food is good and service is good for sharing. We had fun and will be back for more.

Salmon Pepper.Don was lousy. Sushi and Other Nigiri werent worth the buck. 3rd visit and i wont come back. Not worth it

Consistent with the serving size. Friendly staff. My fave is the honey citrus soda and the free green tea. I always enjoy ordering food here because of the food train system.

STILL GO TO SUSHI IN MANILA!!!
There are several of these in Manila and I have eaten at most of them. As a chain they are perfectly consistent and EXCELLENT. The service from the staff were wonderful and friendly like usual! I basically am a nigiri type of guy so pretty simple but was there with my son who is far more open tastes. We had a great dinner, definitely will be back. This is place your order is IPAD ordered and arrives on a “track” to your table on a race car. If in Manila great eating!!!!

Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday here and it was amazing! The food delivery is thru a bullet train which entertained all of us. The food is superb! Must-try!

I was quite disappointed because I was expecting the full conveyor type sushi where dishes were on continuous parade for my choosing.
This one was per order, max four dishes at a time (not really a conveyor, but train delivery). Still, it was a novelty and fun way of ordering food.
The sushi was just okay - as with the maki etc. Loved the tuna balls! Well we actually loved all the dishes that came in balls! I was amused to have my very own faucet for hot tea. No choice of condiments though - there were just soy sauce and pickled ginger. Also, very limited choice in beverages.
After the novelty has worn off though, the taste of the food will be the deciding factor for us to come back. I'll probably visit their Megamall branch with my young nephews and nieces for the fun of it.
Genki Sushi should think of something new to entice repeat customers already used to the conveyor sushi type.

The food train and snappy yet cheerful Japanese greetings by the helpful staff adds to the cosy ambience. Quality of the food is much better than most fast-food Japanese places in the city so despite the higher price tag, it’s still good value. What I liked most and what enticed me in the first place is the very varied menu, full of fishy goodness. The temakis are definitely worth a try. The place is great for a casual lunch, never too packed unless it’s peak hours.

It was 3rd day of opening megamall branch, curiosity got us in, as we sit a friendly staff approach us & assist us in ordering our food & made us some hot green tea. sipping green tea while waiting for our food , it was amusing to watch the train delivering diff orders of foods to other tables that past by, its a temptation to quickly grab the so nicely prepared food in small plates & bowls & glass. Finally our food arrived one by one stops precisely at our table. I enjoy the shrimp salad by myself & the rice topping with fried salmon bits. My husband like his chken rice toppings & almost ate all the pickled ginger in our table.
Since the servings were small i tought i will have to eat again somewhere but surprisingly , we were both so full upon stepping out of the resto.

Arigatou gozaimasu for bringing the unique automated Japanese resto concept in Manila. No need to call staff, orders are made via ipad and served food via train tray beside the table. Sushi is fresh and good and also the hot tea.
