Nice place to have a lunch or dinner. They have portion sizes for single pr for sharing which is quite good depending on how large your group is. We ordered several items of the single portion so we were able to try several dishes at once. Food was ok but the adobo was a bit on the sour side.

i love their Sinigang na Corned Beef. I like how they make you test the soup first before serving it. I like the ambiance of their BGC branch, unlike the Makati branch which needs maintenance work. I wish they could open up a branch in Quezon City.

Every time we go visit Philippines, meal at Sentro 1771 is always part of the itinerary. Yummy Pinoy fusion dish and good customer service!

We ate here to celebrate a birthday! But, the taste was ordinary and not worth the price. Considering the price is like when you eat in a more known restaurants and hotels. I won’t recommend eating here sentro 1771, BGC, Branch! Aside from the food is unsatisfactory. The servers took forever to serve the food. Plus the BILL!! It was incorrect and we have to ask to run it multiple times!! We encourage everyone to check the Bill after you ate here. If you won’t check it you’ll be charge more than you ate.

Seated by a rude server, rushed us to order and was very irritable Took forever to give us the bill and was condescending and rude Food is usually good but the uptown branch has horrible staff and management Food this time was okay, nothing special. Maybe other branches deserve a visit but definitely not the uptown mall one

We had the beef sinigang, gg and liempo. We loved the sinigang and the gg, i think they elevated the gg. Thoroughly enjoyed the food.

We had enjoyed a few lunches before at Sentro in Pasig City. Thinking it would be same, we invited visiting relatives the Sentro 1771 at Uptown Mall. We ordered the same classic Pinoy dishes that visiting relatives miss abroad ie. kare-kare, sisig, crispy pata, etc. To our disappointment all these dishes were not prepared properly and were served cold. To top it all, the place was infested with flies landing on food we had just put on our plates. It would have been okay to pay for the expensive bill for the meal we had, but with the poor quality of the food and the unsanitary conditions of the place, it was one of the worst lunches we had. Embarrassing is an understatement when you think of entertaining relatives from abroad in such a place. The staff however were polite and accomodating, but this was over shadowed by the poor food preparation and flies that infested the place.

Filipino food has never been better - commercially presented, that is. Sentro's food is delicious to the last bit! The nilasing na hipon (drunken shrimp) was the best I've tasted - I could have finished the entire bucket! The beef sinigang was really good; the fish dishes were not bad - altho sometimes a tad salty. The mini chicken and fish balls could use better seasoning. The resto's ambiance was excellent for small meetings or just winding down the work day. Of course, it helps that it's situated right in front of the colorful Uptown fountain that really looks special at night. We'll definitely be back to sample their other fare.

This new branch in Uptown Mall delivers the same consistent food quality and service that Sentro is known for. Their private room which accommodates 12 pax adds to the intimate dining experience. You need to try their signature sinigang na corned beef which can be adjusted to your preferred “sourness” level. I also recommend kare kare (oxtail in peanut sauce), galunggong, crispy pata. We took the duck pancakes for appetizer - but I don’t recommend. You also have to try the coffee bean sans rival for dessert. Pair it with banana turon for a good mix of sweet and bitter.

Sentro 1771 in uptown bgc is located at the ground floor right across the fountain. It serves awesome Filipino food. My wife & I had our valentine's dinner here and though I haven't gone to Sentro in years, might as well try it. I sure was not disappointed. Service was excellent, food was delicious. We ordered Duck Pancakes for appetizers, Corned Beef Sinigang for soup, and the boneless crispy pata for our entree. All dishes did not disappoint. I was delighted that they would refill the soup stock of the sinigang when the soup level got low. Also putting a candle under the soup kept the soup warm. Serving size was large as what we ordered was good enough to feed maybe five people. We took home our leftovers and it was enough for another couple of meals.

I love sinigang a lot but having a corned beef sinigang is so much better. We love this place, everything they make is excellent, the kare kare, their breakfast and lengua were the best. Be sure to visit Sentro when in Uptown BGC, highly recommended.

One of the few places in Uptown that's open early. Great breakfast entrees that comes with coffee or native hot chocolate, scrambled egg, and white rice (garlic rice is extra). I love their Chicken Pork Adobo Flakes with garlic rice. It was crispy and not super oily/greasy. Prices and portions are decent and would come back here again if I'm back in town.

Went here for lunch with my family. I love the Kare Kare and the sauce for lechon. But the fish is quite small (it was sold by kilograms). Serving size is a lil bit small and pricey but the quality is good.

The move to Uptown BGC has not changed the good food I am accustomed to with Filipino Modern food. It is in a new location but they service remain impeccable.
