The hotel is really luxurious and rooms are spacious with all modern facilities. its also conveniently located right off Uptown Mall BGC.
Dined in at Pool House for the first time with my family. Although the experience there was rather short (about 2 hours or so), the time spent there was worthwhile, coupled with excellent hospitality and food quality!
We were greeted with a warm welcome from their Manager with the name of Jon Bolaños and then served by Melwinson. A commendable point that Mel did well for us was his top notched service filled with enthusiasm and experience throughout the whole time, especially during the time he initiated to recommend signature and popular dishes to us when we were hesitating and unsure of what to order.
The waiting time was short (less than 10 mins for our starters to come) specifically food items for our kids, which was perfect! I just loved the fact that they looked after our kids.
Ambience and music were excellent. Very laid back and soothing atmosphere right beside the pool area. I loved the architectural concept of high ceiling with glass top. Very airy space.
It was also a pleasure to be visited by their Chef. Felt like VIPS! Thank you Chef Joen and Chef Luwell for the sumptuous food and we were undoubtedly satisfied with our fully filled stomach.
A definite 5 star experience and a highly recommended restaurant in BGC! Be sure not to miss this out!

We had a wonderful dinner in one of the cabanas by the Poolside. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes nor insects. Our waiter, Razil, was solicitous and quite knowledgeable about the menu. He seemed to know the wines well. Only thing I didn't like was the server threw away the left over beef ribs even though we told him that we wanted to take it home. However, all else was very pleasant.

Our extended family – my husband and our children and my husband’s siblings and their families – had lunch last May 15 to celebrate my birthday. We were 25 people in all. We have not seen each other in over two years because of the pandemic, so we were obviously excited to finally see each other in a safe and relaxed environment.
The Pool House of the Grand Hyatt Manila Hotel was the perfect place for this much-awaited lunch. The restaurant is airy and spacious. Our group was accommodated in two long tables beside each other, but we still felt cozy, and were able to move from one table to the other easily. The wait staff were all very pleasant, helpful, efficient and accommodating.
Because of the size of our group, I already pre-ordered the food. Everyone was raving about all the dishes served. For appetizers, we had Pomelo salad and Thai prawn and fishcake. For the main course, we had platters of Surf and Turf (really good galbi gui or beef short ribs, pork ribs, chicken, tiger prawns and grilled squid), Buttermilk Crispy fried chicken, Peri peri chicken, Pad Thai, and Pandan chicken. And for dessert, we had Young Coconut Jelly (very refreshing!) and Seasonal fruit platter. I also ordered a whole Almond Florentine cake (from the Florentine Cake Shop of Grand Hyatt) as my birthday cake, which our family all enjoyed after I blew the birthday candles.
Thank you to The Pool House for a fun, relaxed and memorable birthday get-together with my family.

If you are in BGC visit Hyatt's Pool House and try their Laksa... super amazing dish! Their pad thai is yummy too.
The ambiance is very relaxed , place is very clean.
Their staff and waiters are very attentive, and will make you feel right at home.
Kuddos to Joan, Ahamad and Mel! Their friendly smiles will make you visit this resto again.

We checked-in at the hyatt bgc hotel and tried thier foodside restaurant. We are very happy with the service. Reservation is at 8pm but they called us when a table was freed up so we are able to settle in early. Chef Lowel accomodated our request for a special sauce and the bartender also made our special request cocktail. Ali also helped us with our seating and reservation very efficiently.

Stayed at this Hotel Grand Hyatt Taguig for 2 nights , and for both nights had Dinner at the Pool Grill on 6th Floor, the staff were friendly service is exceptional and food portions sizes ate excellent , I would like to make a mention about staff member Ally restaurant supervisor for her exceptional customer service and knowledge and for accomodating us and making us feel welcome , also very pleased with staff member Joan who was also very helpful in assisting us with information about the selection and menu choices . Overall I give this restaurant 5 star service and I recommend anybody visiting and staying at this hotel to try the delicious food at the Pool grill , in particular the pork ribs were tenter and tasty melted in the mouth also the penne bolognaise super delicious , for dessert we had the coconut jelly fresh coconut , with gelatine pieces all sugar free served with coconut ice cream . Thank you to all the staff for making our experience super special , I will return again on my next visit to Philippines .

We had our Family Christmas Eve dinner at the pool house and the food, ambiance, and service were excellent!
We had the set menu and the selection and quantity of the food was great, from the presentation to the taste, and quality. In fact, most of us had no room for dessert anymore because the main course and appetizers were so much already.
I’d like to commend the staff, specially H. Joan and Joana for their excellent service. We were a group of 14 but we didn’t have to wait, the timing of the food service was just right and they were very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back and try the a la carte menu.

Reception April is very accomodating and gave us a good table with a view of the guitarist and also very good at suggesting food specifically the pomelo salad, nasi goreng and coconut jelly ;) by the way ben also made a good blend of sangria.

I went with very high hopes as the reviews here were glowing.
So I’ll start with the bad:
The service was slow, practically glacial.
Had to wait over half an hour before our orders arrived.
Pricing could be more justified if service was more on point where customers don’t need to fight for attention from staff to get served.
I did not initially order one item I wanted to get because the staff did not know specific details of the food item and gave the wrong info. Good thing there was a latecomer in our party so after getting the correct info, ordered what I originally wanted to get and just shared.
One suggestion also could be to let staff forewarn customers on serving time so we’ll know when to expect the food.
The good:
Food was of both great quality and generous in serving size.
Staff (when you do get their attention), were very good, courteous and accommodating.
Ambiance was good, even the acoustic musician playing was good.

We had a great time dining. All the foods served were delicious and served hot and plated perfectly. Our servers John and Jestoni were very enthusiastic in offering the best dishes for our family. They were courteous and attentive to our needs. The ambiance and music rendered by the soloist made the night more memorable and meaningful. Cheers!

Giving our experience a 100/10 🌟 will surely go back again. Wonderful ambiance and the staffs are very accommodating (Rhome & April). All the kitchen staff including the chef, went out of their way to go out and sing a song for my dad’s birthday. The steak and galbi was one of our favorite dish, super soft and tender.

Had a great Father’s Day dinner here at the Pool House of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Food was great, ambiance was great, and our server Mel was very attentive and made sure that we had a good experience. Will definitely be back soon!

Second time to come here for lunch. This time with family. The food is consistently good particularly the pasta, nachos and platters. The service is wonderful and staff anticipate needs such as water, candles to ward off flies and insects. A new discovery is the coconut jelly which has nata de coco and coconut ice cream!

Restaurants in Hyatt are usually fully booked, and upon checking in, we were made aware of this. As we enjoyed the pool, we overlooked reserving and had to wait. Luckily, our server Jon was so kind to find a way to give a table for us. Fenilyn was accommodating too. We ordered pork ribs which had three generous slabs and unlimited salad for the two of us. The cocktails were not up to our preference, but this is just for us.

Just as we stepped foot into the establishment, we were greeted with helpful and attentive staff. Throughout our dinner, we were continuously serviced. The food was extraordinary; The steak melts in your mouth, the pasta was cooked to perfection! Every dish was clearly prepared with care and excellence. Their attendants, especially Mary, made sure our table was always refreshed with water and our plates were immediately removed after finishing. We were even given a complimentary piece of cake to commemorate our celebration. Thank you for your service! We will definitely come again. :)
