On a quick stop over in Manila, had a fantastic dinner here. Great food, liked the darker subtle atmosphere here, service was perfect, made you feel comfortable and welcome, and the dessert was off the chart good. Thank you Chef Ray, Ivan and Ruzzel.

Had a fantastic time during their cellar talk. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves with the spectacular wines and foods prepared by the kitchen, I’d like to commend Gian and Edward for their wonderful service. They certainly made our dinner much more than a dinner but an experience to remember.

Service is great and food is extremely amazing. Best for date nights, and intimate celebrations. Kudos to the Chef who personally curated our menu for the night, as well as the restaurant manager who was very attentive to all our needs with great wine suggestions. Highly recommend the Baked Brie, Pork Paella, and suckling pig which no competitor can beat from the city. Had a memorable experience, and will absolutely make a visit again.

We had St.Valentine dinner in Cellar and I would say it is not Hyatt's standard. The service is bad and no customer care. Moreover, they have asked 100% advance payment to be settled one day before or they said they will cancel the booking.

As my friends and I were looking for a new restaurant to try, we stumbled upon The Cellar, as advertised on the Facebook page of The Grand Hyatt Manila. It was our first time trying it, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment you got to your table, the service was very attentive. Special mention to Mark, our server, who was very knowledgeable of the menu and who gave us an excellent recommendation on their wines (which were on a digital menu). The food was amazing as well. The Jamon Iberico with cheese croquetas, the chicken bread, and especially the seabass were the stars of the show. Lastly, the ambiance was just right. The place is perfect for dates, or a weekend dinner with friends, and they even have private function rooms for intimate gatherings at a great price point. All in all were glad to have discovered the cellar!

It has been a long time since I last visited this restaurant (pre pandemic). But the re-opening was ray of sunshine that I've been waiting for in a while.
We started with grilled portabello and octopus (2 separate dishes) which tasted divine! The main event was the paella, cochinillio and chicken bread. All was delectable but the cochinillio and paella hits the spot =) All the food paired with an amazing gran reserva wine (2012) and the deal was closed. The mild intoxication lead to a great conversation. The desserts came in later, curated and served by very professional staff. We all tried three of them.
Moments later, we find ourselves drinking and having a good conversation with the chef =)
The food, service, ambiance and mild intoxication added up to the wonderful experience. We left the place happy and really satisfied. Will definitely come back for more.

We had an event for our company and Ms. Stephanie had been very hands on from the day I inquired to the day of the event. She had everything set up. The dinner set up was amazing, she helped us with our requests. The chefs have also been very accommodating on our request to have additional food for our party of 20. And the all the served food was great too! The chicken is so tender and juicy and the steak was so soft and flavorful. We also availed an unlimited drink to our event, and all the drinks were so good!
The staffs who assisted us are very nice and very attentive to our party. I very much like the ambiance of the Cellar, it was very intimate and relaxing, good for a chill drink and some talking.
I can't wait to go back here! A must!

Everything was perfect. The ambiance of the place was well suited for a family celebration and the food was excellently cooked. Among all the dishes that were served, the Grilled Portobello Mushroom was my favorite. Not only did it taste good, but its presentation was also very appealing. Above all these, the staff who served us were very much accommodating. Namely, Ms. Dimples & Ms. Stephanie who made sure that we were having a wonderful time! It was their great service that capped the amazing experience me and my family had in this place.

It felt like being transported to another place! The ambience was extraordinary, the food was good and the presentation was really beautiful! What I like best was the customer service!! The moment you arrive you are welcomed with impeccable presence by the staff, their expertise on their product knowledge and food were commendable. They were very accommodating and ready to serve and assist the whole time. Special thanks to Stephanie and Diego who led the team who served us. Definitely a world-class customer experience!!

We had a wonderful dinner at The Cellar at Grand Hyatt Manila! It was our second time here but first time for our son. We were supposed to let him try the Chicken bread but it jwas sold out. Turned out to be an opportune time to try other small plates and their grilled octopus did not disappoint. A little crunch on the outside but tender and tasty on the inside! The jamon iberico and cheese croquetas which btw was complimentary from Chef Diorela was soft and creamy to the bite! Of course, our dining experience wouldn’t be complete without Mark, our server for the night! From his recommendations to his small yet pleasant conversations to his picture taking skills! His topnotch service definitely sealed the deal!
The Cellar is a good place to have some quiet laidback Sunday dinner with the fam or for Saturday night outs that doesn’t call for loud and busy parties.

Last month, we have decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday (dinner) at The Cellar. As usual, we had a blast! The ambiance, food and service was great and I can vouch that the quality of the three is superb. I can definitely say that all the food was freshly cooked and the ingredients used are really fresh and of good quality! Hands down to Chef Gadz for leading the kitchen!! The Baked Camembert, Croquetas, Paella and the Conchinillo are among the ones that stood out, finishing it off with their own version of Key Lime & Berries (forgot the exact name!) dessert. ALL WERE REALLY TO DIE FOR! As for the service, it was excellent! Shoutout to Jessie and Steph! They made sure that we were well attended to. Actually, they won’t let you wait; instead, they came by once in a while to ask if we needed anything. They were also well accommodating to their guests. They made us feel comfortable and gave us a ‘homey’ feeling (in a very good way). Kudos to the whole team for making it yet again a very memorable special dinner for my mom! We will definitely come back again and again!

Stellar food and impecable Service !
Not only the ambiance is great, but everything were perfect! Safety control is being implemented amicably :)
Food is top and very well presented. We had some request and they were delivered! Wine selection is massive as expected . We also liked how the prawns in paella was just perfectly cooked, very juicy and not overly done. The steak! oh we just wished we ordered more! Jamon Iberico was so sinfully good! amazing!
Service wise, we would like to commend Ruzzel who was so pleasant at the entrance , Edward for being so professional and for recommending us what to try. Also not to mention he takes good photos!! Alex for being very attentive the chef’s that night for preparing us lovely meals and for the rest of the team ! Thanks so much for our cakes also .

Great for intimate dinners and for wine lovers. Our appetite left a lot to be desired though, as servings were small and their camembert was exorbitantly overpriced. As an ex-hotelier myself, their food was, in my honest opinion, nothing special. It was good but not wow. The service and staff were excellent though, great attention to detail and nice ambience. I indicated we visited for my mom’s birthday and they gave her a beautiful raspberry cake with a candle. They also have happy hour and a guitarist on some evenings. Special thanks to Kyla for the great service!

We had our annual barkada reunion here last November 27 and we're satisfied!
Reservation: 9/10
Really difficult to reserve especially the private rooms so better to book waaay advanced. Nice though that we were able to negotiate a better table; initially the table assigned to us looks tacky. They send photo of the table in advanced which is a good practice so the guests would know what to expect.
Ambience: 10/10
Very classy!
Food: 10/10
Everything is so good especially the suckling pig. No wonder it's a best seller because it really taste so so good! I don't usually eat that type of dish but when I tasted it I can't stop. And I guess I'll come back for it! Initially we were informed that it's out of stock but it was immediately replenished.
Service: 10/10
Kyla is excellent! She is very attentive and accommodating without being nosy. She is also very nice.

It was my first time to try The Cellar, and it really made an impact making sure this was not my last visit. The Staff has been very accommodating the moment we entered. Salute to Ms. Pauline, for her patience in taking our orders and pleasing personality in presenting the dishes, and even in refilling our glass wines. To Ms. Dimps for her assistance in my wine selection and drinks. To Sir Shanty , who always took time in making sure we are comfortable in our stay, for making conversations with us from time to time, for offering to take photos of us. And to the Chefs who took time to greet me a Happy Birthday, thank you very much your menu and desserts gave me so much delight.
