Very delightful afternoon tea

I visited Grand Hyatt to try their afternoon tea/merienda cena. All the food were amazing especially their salmon escabeche and banana flambé. Tea choices could be improved, though.

Working on a late night.

Quiet and quaint, perfect for 30-somethings who just want to have a quiet night alone. Staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating.

Afternoon tea

Great for chats with lovers, friends and family. On weekends they have buffet afternoon tea sets. Relaxing and the service is nice

Merienda Cena Time

Their meriende cena offer is great. Food choices are either not the usual food served at the high tea or the usual ones but with a twist. Attendants are all welcoming and efficient. Appreciate how Gelai handle all our requests. Place is elegant and not...crowded. Perfect spot to have a relaxing quiet afternoon break.More

My favorite hotel

I ask for the same table in the lounge. The service is great. The food is always good. Trixie was always near and attending to us.

Our Grand Hyatt Experience! ❤️

Hubby and I had a hard week! We splurged ourselves on dinner and coffee here ate the Grand Hyatt, relaxed and took our minds away on work. Delicious food and the ambiance is amazing. We’ll definitely go back here again :)

i like the warmth welcome and very informative staff at the entrance door i like and love the customer service plus at the Lounge special mentioned to Gelysa and Trixie.
