New Year`s Day with my family
Was raining in BGC and was finding shelter and comfort in the mall when we accidentally discovered this place
I personally think that it has the best location in the mall to view the canal
Set on the ground floor, it has both indoor and outdoor sitting. We sat outside where we can see the canal. I've been to Italy and saw the Venetian canal and personally think that this BGC canal is a wonder itself
Me family ordered Tomato and Basil soup, pasta, pizza. Pardon if I missed the actual names but you can check the pics I posted
Food is yummy as it looks. Wine selection is good and everything is reasonably priced. Lovely staff as well
Will we come back? Hell yeah

This is one of the best Italian Restaurants that we genuinely love! Food is authentic. Ambiance is superbly Italian. Clean, cozy and satisfying. This place provides such a delightful dining experience that speaks to all genres, occasions, and companions.
Service was nice. They were attentive and accommodating.
Gustoso Italian Cuisine beyond expectations.
Well done for bringing Italy right to our table.

We were lunch walk-in's on a visit to the Venice Grand canal mall and returned next day for dinner which says it all!
Great location and very authentic Italian food and yes I checked the chef is Filipino!
The carpaccio (both fish and meat) were as good as I've had in Italy as was the pasta
The service was very friendly
Overall a very lucky find!
Would certainly recommend it!

Its not often that i bring out the one on this scale, but it was about time when it comes to Ponte Rialto. I had reserved a table for Valentines day, next to the canal. this was confirmed by email. When we arrive, we got a small table next to the busy walking street. When i pointed out the mistake and let them read email, they just shrug and went on. We had to wait 30 minutes to get water and wine on the table, after asking for it multiple times. The third time i ordered a bottle of wine, they finally found one they had in stock.
Of course they could not get the food right either. Because of a fault in the kitchen, the starters and the main course came at the same time. Resulting in cold main course. Food was not all that good either. The Carbonara was dry.
And to end it all, we had to ask several times to pay out, still waiting long time. This restaurant is absolutly not worth the money,
They have a serious serviceproblem. Most of the time we were there, there were two girls in red dresses. They seemed more interested in taking pics of the show, than doing anything else.
Across the canal is another Italian Restaurant, go there instead. I know we will next time.

Ponte Rialto had a great location in the Venice Grand Canal Mall. The staff was wonderful and the food was mostly solid. I was surprised that they could make a solid risotto in less than 20 minutes. It was really good. My issue is with their pizza. It was half cooked. 2 slices had a nice little char on the crust and on the other side of the pizza the crust was almost raw. As a native New Yorker who’s first job was in a pizzeria all I can say is there’s no excuse for undercooked pie. Just rotate the pie in the oven and cook it a bit longer. Other than that we had a nice meal here and if they can properly cook pizza I would give it 5*.

Pricey but the ambiance and food were fantastic. But overall, the experience was nice as we choose to seat outside overlooking the venice canal.

Last Aug 12, a holiday, I called Ponte Rialto @945am for a reservation for 7 persons at 1130am. We were booked despite the short notice. The pasta & pizza we ordered taste different from the other Italian restaurant we have gone to. We definitely go back to taste the other food items in the menu.
Also we were given the room facing the Grand Canal exclusive for us.
Indeed, we enjoyed our family bonding

We went here for a romantic evening for my Birthday and we weren't disappointed! The ambiance was perfect and beautiful as we had a table right next to the water and the lights were magical. The food was amazing and the staff was great!

The food was great and the quantity and the price was reasonable. I ordered a vegetarian and a non vegetarian dish and both were superb. Their service could be improved. Not very enthusiastic staff .

I went there for lunch and ordered a Margherita Pizza and a Pasta Verde.
The pizza was the worst, it tasted like they uses the pizza sauce you can buy it in a super market and only two basil leaves on the whole pizza. The pasta doesn’t have much of the flavour.
I was upset and I will never go back there again.

Looking for a smoking area, saw this place, they have an outdoor area where you can smoke, ending up having a few nice beer served in frozen glasses while enjoying the venice canal. Tried their cheese platter and antipasto plate and they are nice too. I can sit here all night and just chill, place is quiet and nice, as well as the staffs.

I ordered a 2600 peso bottle of Syrah with the food. The waiter said that particular wine was not in stock and he would substitute it with another. It turned out to be a 5000 peso bottle of wine when the bill came. Obviously one would expect a wine in the same quality/price range when items are substituted.
