Food is good with good settings. But terrible service. It will took 30-45minutes for your order to arrive. If youre not in a hurry, then its okay.

Great dining experience large selection on the menu I had a great beef curry & they spiced it up well & truly also some good chinese dishes on the menu great atmosphere & friendly staff if you want good food give this place a try

very bad service. food took a long time to be served. when requested to cancel one of the food ordered due to sluggish service - they declined.
staff was not too attentive or apologetic. never coming back again.

This resto is a mediocre.... service really sucks as in... theres 12 in our party and we called ahead and we pre order everything so by the time we are there its gonna be ready but food didnt came out 45 mins after we are seated and when they serve the food , they serve piece by piece and we end up having the rest of our order to go. THiS IS A VErY bAD place ... SErVIcE sucks.

It's a place to be during weekend nights with live music on the background while you eat with friends and family. Good for party caterings and fine dining.

10.9 offers both Chinese & Filipino dishes at very reasonable prices... Definitely one of the best choices in the city...

You get typical yummy Philippine food and a lot very good Pizza.
And a fantastic Mango-shake.
The restaurant is open so they don't have aircon but they have a lot van around!
The prices are comfortable.
The outside furniture is old and can't use it all...
But it's a familiar place and I like it.

If you're looking for a spacious and decent spot to hold a family dinner for a half-dozen or more people, then 10.9 Restobar is it. With large dining tables in place, sitting accommodations are not a problem. For privacy, we usually reserve the 20-seater air conditioned room. This place is a regular destination for numerous family dinners wherein the kids can't seem to get enough of their best-selling Crispy Pata. Often starting with Wat Chay soup, then followed by Sunyatsen Noodles, Shanghai Fried Rice and Beef Broccoli, we find eating here a comfortable experience. With alert waiters and spotless restrooms, it's definitely one of the better restaurants in town. Only downside I can think of is their menu offerings: Although quite extensive in choices, it has remained the same for a number of years now. It's about time they revamped it and offer something new. Nevertheless, 10.9 gives good value for your money and the singer-musician on weekend nights is another plus factor that enhances the relaxed ambiance.

I have eaten in this resto for numerous times. We dine here during special occasions or when we just feel like eating out. The place is good. Spacious, serene to dine in. Though they have limited parking though. Service is good. They are serving Filipino dishes. A must try is their Crispy Pata!

Dined in this place with family. The food was very good and affordable. The place is spacious and good for large groups. They serve mostly filipino cuisine. If you're a meat lover try their crispy pata and you wont be disappointed. If you love chicken, then buttered chicken is a must!
