I was staying at Compass Point so Eagle Ray's was the closest restaurant. The service was good and the drink selection was excellent. We also lucked into the Monday night Buccaneer BBQ buffet, which was great food and an excellent value. They have all sorts of grilled meats including ribs, spicy jerk chicken, and excellent brisket. The only disappointment was the fish, which was surprising. It's served with cole slaw, potato salad, baked potatoes, and vegetables. I also had a salad with some perfectly cooked snapper, and their ceviche is fresh and tasty. They so offer a separate gluten free menu but the selection is really limited because the menu is surprisingly wheat-centric. I could basically get ceviche, a nice salad, a greasy, fried hamburger without a bun or chips, and one other thing - might have been chicken curry? Breakfast options were limited too. It's fine visiting for one gluten-free meal and I'd recommend ceviche and the Ridgefield Salad with added chicken or fish, or swing by on BBQ night. Overall if you eat a normal diet and are fond of Americanized food (sandwiches, pasta, pizza), this is a good option. The food is prepared well for the most part, service is good, and the view is excellent.

We attended the Monday night Bukaneer BBQ buffet which was overall fantastic. I believe it was $22 CI which included a rum punch or beer as well as all you can eat Caribbean BBQ and dessert. There was pulled pork, ribs, jerk chicken, brisket, Mahi Mahi, chorizo, baked potato, coleslaw, vegetables and egg salad. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that the desserts were a little lack luster. But luckily I was pretty full from the meat. Would recommend for anyone who wants to experience authentic Caribbean BBQ.

Ate here for evening meal -fish was fresh and cooked perfectly . Went again for happy hour and enjoyed visiting with the dive staff. Menu is not extensive but prepared hot and perfectly spiced. Fresh fish caught that day-not taken out of freezer and defrosted. Prices are reasonable and drinks not watered down. Great place to chill back with friends as they don’t try to hurry you out the door.

Had the lion fish tacos and they were great. Able to get them with gluten free wrap. There were five of us and we all chose different meals and all were great. The appetizer sampler was also good but heavy on deep fried items. Reasonable Prices.

It’s well worth a trip out to this small bar and restaurant at the east end of the island. The views over the Caribbean and the jetty which hosts the dive centre are simply stunning and the food is fresh and delicious. The Lionfish tacos with fries and salad have got to be my top choice on the menu although the burgers looked great as well. Order a bucket of white tip beer and get a free bottle holder! Don’t expect fancy meals but do expect great tasty meals, atmosphere, the biggest license plate collection I’ve ever seen and fab views.

My wife and I enjoyed diving at Ocean Frontiers and we ate dinner twice here, enjoying the lion fish tacos. We had the basic breakfast buffet each day and enjoyed the lionfish tacos twice during the week. There are other options on the menu so there was something for everyone. The service is very good and we enjoyed the meals all week.

This is not 'just a dive bar'. Great catch of the day fish sandwiches, wonderful lionfish tacos, and ice cold beer - all with a second floor (but still handicap accessible) view of the dive dock, east end reefs, and beyond. Three visits during this trip, and not disappointed!

My family went here for lunch every day while diving with the brilliant Ocean Frontiers. Everything we ate was excellent and incredibly good value. I would thoroughly recommend it. One day high wind blew over my glass of rosé and they immediately replaced it without me having to say anything. The prices are great and the portions are big. Would particularly recommend the lion fish tacos because you can indulge yourself whilst saving the reef!

We have eaten here on our last three trips and have never been disappointed with the food or service. Small place at a well-known scuba dive center known for its lionfish tacos but plenty of other options on the menu (including a new and fun 'Vaccine Drink'). Tables located on a porch-like setting - so covered but outside seating.

All I kept thinking about when eating here was Deuce Bigalow's, "here fishy fishy fishy..." The lion fish tacos are out of this world. I literally ate here 3 nights in 1 weeks time, and had the same fish tacos every time. The sunsets are rad and the outdoor open-air experience is a good/chill vibe, after a long day at the beach. Recommend bug spray for those hot days when there is no breeze.

This place was recommended to us. The location is nice with great views of the water. However, that’s the end of the positive experience. Service was not good. Ordered an appetizer and drinks along with entrees for dinner. The drinks never came. The conch fritters came with one of the entrees while we watched our food just sit in the kitchen. Waitress walked by the food at least 6-7 times. She came by our table and I asked if our food was ready. Also reminded her of our drinks. Food was finally served. Drinks never arrived. We were charged extra for toppings that weren’t requested, but wasn’t worth trying to get it corrected. Food was so-so. We won’t be back.

We ate at Eagle Rays on a previous trip and returned to repeat our good experience. We arrived on a weekday and were seated promptly. I ordered the curry chicken and my wife had a Cobb salad which she enjoyed. While the curry was good, it wasn't as good as I recall. The chicken was tender, the curry was more Korean than Thai coconut based, something of a disappointment. Service was good, and the view was terrific. I'd still recommend them.

Plenty of parking, and a very short walk from the parking; then walk upstairs. Lots of specialty drinks and many menu choices. The grilled chicken on the Caesar was dry, but the dressing and shaved cheese was great. The croutons looked and tasted as the were made on site. The fish sandwich, blackened Mahi. was delicious! The fries were good too. The staff was friendly and accommodating with menu changes/variations.

Amazing tacos! Not just any tacos but the lion fish tacos. Dive friends promised the best tacos and this place was a WOW! One can order 1 or 5 per order. Service was warm and friendly. The food came out just the right time! Once you bite into it - you’ve got big meaty chunks of the lion fish and further down is the slaw. The sauce on top and the sweet chili sauce in the slaw was just perfect all around! Easy to find out In the east end! This will be our IT place. Ps they do have an extensive menu for both dine and or pick up/delivery. $$

I was staying at Compass Point and ate dinner here one night. The staff is very friendly, service was quick, and the food was decent. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, though. Very limited selection: bagels (different variety each day, what, white, cinnamon raisin), white or wheat bread, and English muffin (different variety each day), 3 different mini pastry options, bacon (not very good), sausage, scrambled eggs (not very good), and potatoes.
