Myself & a further 7 cycling friends arranged to breakfast at the Robin Hood in Clifton Reynes on the morning of Saturday 4th September after a 38 mile tour around the delightful countryside of Buckinghamshire & Northamptonshire. The quality of the full English was excellent...with the team positively assessing as by some way the best of the season nicely washed down with a splendid pint of the black stuff. The service from the staff was timely, highly efficient & very friendly. A shout out to other cycling teams & other social groups - the Robin Hood sets a high bar for culinary excellence & looking after their guests famously.More

Tapas style menu (helpfully detailed online) with a variety of creative dishes, which were all very tasty. We look forward to returning to try the others! The beer, soft drinks and coffee were also excellent. It's not cheap but is reasonably priced for the quality...of the food. The waitress was friendly - though I wish she hadn't addressed us as 'guys'. If you want normal pub grub, best go elsewhere, but you are open to new gastronomic experiences, give this place a try.More

Excellent meal of tapas, which all had wonderful tastes. The pudding couldn't be missed and all looked and tasted yummy. The staff were all attentive and informative without being intrusive . Will definitely be back when I'm in the area

What an amazing visit. The tapas food was the freshest and tastiest I've ever had, all in the gorgeous beer garden sat in the sun. We shall be returning for a full meal in the very near future!

We booked a table at Robin Hood for my dad’s 70th after a friend recommended the pub. The menu has lots of little delicious plates that you can mix and match in a tapas style. Perfect when some are hungrier than others and a refreshing...change to your traditional pub grub. My 1 year old and 4 year old were well catered for and the vast outside space and play equipment meant they were well entertained.More

The Robin Hood had been recommended to us by several friends; as not local to us we visited whilst on holiday. We’re so glad we did - the food was amazing, by far the tastiest we’ve had for some considerable time. We shared 6 dishes...between 2 of us, probably more than needed, but wanted to try them all! Would be difficult to choose a favourite they were all so delicious. If in the area again we will definitely return but would advise booking as we were very lucky getting the last available table mid-week lunchtime.More

This was a really friendly, welcoming place and the menu interesting and tempting. However, the options we had were very over salted, with the bubble chicken more akin to pork scratchings in terms of level of seasoning. We might have been unlucky and it might...be personal taste but this isn’t something we would try againMore

Really disappointed to read this. We serve hundreds of portions a week of the chicken. It is naturally salty as the marinade, is a Japanese Kara age style that's predominantly soy sauce. However. It shouldn't be salty to the point of in edible it should...More

What a fantastic experience. The bubble concept is perfect for small groups and gives you an opportunity to try a range of dishes from this amazing chef No doubt I'll be back. Between 3 of us, we had 9 dishes and each was a cacophony...of flavours the like of which I have never had before.More

We were a party of four old codgers and the dog out to celebrate my birthday. It was a perfect evening. Wonderful atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Jon’s food is always amazing. It’s our local so we were not surprised but it was...new for our friends. They loved it, something different and very tasty. The prawns and the beef teriyaki were particular favourites and the cheese chips with truffle oil are to die for. Thank you all for making my birthday special.More
