We ordered set meals when we ate here, but because we were hungry, we also ordered some items a la carte. To our surprise, the servings were humongous and we ended up having over-ordered. No regrets, though. Everything was good! I had the tempura set,...and the breading was properly crunchy without being too tough or too oily. The shrimp and vegetables were properly cooked through, too. The sauce they serve it with is properly seasoned, and everything balances out well. I also ordered an onigiri, which was baked on the outside. It was a nice dish which could be eaten on the go, and the char of the baked rice complimented everything else I ordered. My friend got the grilled chicken, which was properly smoky and juicy. She also got the gyudon, which I found to be average. That being said, the food is quite pricey (but then again, it's in a PEZA zone so that can be expected), but the huge servings may make up for that. The service is good, and the staff are really nice and accommodating. The restaurant is closed mid-day so it would be better to time your arrival accordingly, if you're driving out of Manila just to visit it.More

The staff is extra friendly and he food was great. Even the individual items came as a set, with rice and miso soup. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great service staff, coupled with authentic Japanese food, makes one's dining experience a very pleasant one. I would love to get back to this place in my next visit to the south.

We frequently stop for lunch at Minori-Tei on our way back to Villa Escudero from Manila. The Authentic Japanese Dishes served daily are always uniformly authentic and reasonably priced. Staff are efficient and customer friendly. Customers are mostly Japanese nationals employed at the First Phil Ind...Park who crowd in at noon and by 1:30 are off to work. The place is just inside the Ind.Park so you might have to leave an ID Card at the Security Entrance Kiosk. Definitely a small slice of Japan with good food from the land of the Rising Sun..More

Although the location being inside an industrial park can give one the impression that the food is just so-so, i was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I ordered a Tempura set and the size of the prawn and portion was awesome. Good layout so very...suitable for big group gathering as well.More
