The Beanery has always been my best-liked place to hang out with my friends and family. Their menu is very diverse, which is perfect for everyone. Their food and drinks are very affordable but do not compromise quality. The service is also excellent and quick. And because of the virus, safety protocols are strictly followed inside the restaurant. Sanitizers and temperature checking are present at the restaurant. This place is highly recommended for people going to Bataan.

This is my first time to visit this café. My fiancee took me here and I was very impressed with the great service from the staff, the ambience, the great quality of the food that we had and great tasting coffee too. This is definitely a place that I would love to return to.

I went for a day trip to Bataan with my friend who lives in this city and while I want to have a coffee in one of well-known coffee shop, she suggested to try their local coffee shop instead - The Beanery. Ambiance is very welcoming, food and coffee is great too but what amazed me is their customer service.
Small detail matters especially if you are someone from the hospitality industry. It all starts with water, they served us very cold (not iced) and when I asked for more after an hour of chatting, they gave us a water nicely placed in a recycled bottle covered with tissue. The store got busier late afternoon but I observed that service is still consistent.
Keep it up guys! 👏👏👏

Wish o cld zero stars. Absolutely rude hostess. Kicked an elderly couple from seat. Fruit and cheese appetizer arrived with meal without crackers. A mistake , but made worse by the rude head waitress or hostess. She insisted we take it.

We went to The Beanery, in Capitol Drive, Balanga, Batangas, Philippines.
The food was not as per out expectations. Our rating is POOR in terms of food taste and service.
The onion soup was bland, and needed more onions. We had to request for Salt and Pepper to improve the taste.
The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich was cold, even the bread. The steak filling was hard and chewy. It must have been an old stock.
The service crew seems to be confused. The beverages ordered had to be returned as it did not conform with the order. We ordered hot lemonade, but they served ice cold lemonade. And they kept on checking our Paid Receipt repeatedly to the point of annoying our meals.
I think they should rethink about their Food and Service.

A convenient place to meet and gather with great atmosphere and incredible chocolate chip mint milkshakes. I love their BBQ ribs the most, but their chicken Cordon Blue is pretty satisfying. Check out their fried mozzarella cheese sticks.

I love how they have a lot of options on their menu, both food and drinks. You can choose from rice meals, pasta, milk tea, espresso and cakes. Its heaven for those who love cakes especially cheesecake. The serving size is very generous which is value for money. And the place is very spacious and clean. Definitely a must-visit place in Bataan.

Well worth a visit. I asked at the hotel for a restaurant in town that wasn't a fast food outlet. I see why the Beanery was the offered answer, it doesn't have the feel of a MacDonalds or Jollilee, but once I'd ordered, which did take a while as the cashier has other jobs to do too, (!!!), the food came in double quick time. The drink came separately a later. I had the Lechon, it was very pleasant, but needed a requested second portion of the tamarind sauce, which was given gracefully. Pleasant, but it had no hint of smokiness that my guide suggests you get from the Lechon joints in Manila. The meal plus an iced chocolate came to 2 Peso's short of 400, which I felt good value. Would have been less than have that in the food market 100 yards towards town, but you would not have been in air conditioned ambience to eat it! I was on my own, I like to read the Kindle and eat, despite the modest check total I was not rushed to leave upon finishing, indeed, was brought extra water all the time I sat there. Only reason it did not receive a full house of five, it was a bit noisy for my preference, but it's a family joint so I am being very picky.

My favorite foods to order are cakes and lechon kawali. I love all of their cakes..too mouth watering. And I always enjoy the lechon kawali. The place is great for a friends to hang out.

After a hearty dinner with family, we decided to visit The Beanery at Orani Bataan. So many delicious cakes to choose from. My fave is Oreo cheesecake. Got a slice and paired it with cafe americano.perfect combination ❤

This is a local coffee shop with cakes and rice meals. They are a local phenomenom in balanga where it is always filled with people. You could get meals and salads although quite more expensive than the local restaurants such as jollibee or chowking. But still, if you are looking for a distinctive bataan flavor then be sure to eat here. I had the huge daing na bangus for 328 pesos

This is the coffee shop/restaurant in Balanga. The food is really amazing. I love this place because the cakes are awsome. I'm sure if you visit this place you will visit it again for many times and enjoy the drinks and pastries.

Only Cafe I saw that actually topped a Starbucks. This place was full but the Starbucks a few buildings from it was actually empty.
Will come back!
