We came for an early lunch and we chose their group meal. This restaurant made us feel special because the food was made with care to the best that they can. Clean, tasty and good amount of serving. Their bulalo was fall off the bone and the taste outstood from among the many bulalo soups from Tagaytay to Taal. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. The sisig tasted just right.
We will definitely go back and try the Itallian line up next time.

Not bad for an eat-all-you can which only cost Php399/head. Food is okay. The taste is so normal. I like longanisang taal the most. :D

The staff are very accommodating, the food at the ristorante was delicious, I really like their adobo sa dilaw, so I would like to try making some of it for me and for my family, Thank you so much for giving me a delicious meal , I'll be sure to let you know in advance before we come again . Whatever time of day, this excellently located restaurant overlooking Balayan Bay and a perfect overview of Lemery serves the best pizza in Taal. The buffet breakfast is true to it’s Taal delicacies! From Tapa, Longganisa and Tawilis with bottomless Kapeng Barako to give you a caffeine kick in the morning! The staff made you feel so at home like you’re in your own nook in your kitchen with a service fit for a VIP!

Was checking some old houses in Taal with my family and my friends when a place called Paradores del Castillo caught our attention. We entered the bed and breakfast place and checked their restaurant. We were craving for local food and decided to have tsokolate, suman with mangga while a friend ordered the dragon fruit juice. The children ordered pizza. The children enjoyed the pizza but we adults did not enjoy the tsokolate, suman and dragon fruit juice. Tsokalate was not as thick as we expected, suman lacked the local taste.
Although food we ordered needs improvement in taste I should say the staff were attentive and friendly. Orders were served on time. Place is also nice and with a good view of the hotel.

Ristorante Prego serves authentic iTAALian food. Love their Pastas and Pizzas. I love the Fettucine Vegetariana pasta a really must-try in this restaurant in Paradores Del Castillo.
