It was okay ... a little shabby the actual place and dirty tables. It was busy but not really an excuse when it comes to hygiene. Coffee only one and half shots in most other places same size has two shots for that size and price. So it was v weak. I was offered an extra shot at an extra price ?

Misses,friends and myself had lunch and coffees here, service was very good, food was plentiful and nicely served. Staff where happy ,friendly and helpful. I had a steak sandwich that was great, I would be back next time for another one, coffee just right.

Get coffees from here frequently, coffees are good and the range of snacks and menu items is quite good. I had eggs benedict and hubby had steak sandwich - both enjoyed it. Not too pricey either. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a loyalty card that has a good rewards scheme, free coffees when you accumulate x amount of points and a free coffee if you visit during your birthday month!

I’ve come here many times over the years. Today I had a flat white coffee and flourless wild berry cake and it was delicious. My folks regularly come here for the lemon meringue pie.

i love jamaica blue coffee as a rule but this was really bad please train your staff or you will loss trade

I go to Jamaica Blue regularly, & have always made a point of chatting to the person who served me. They are always very friendly, including the owners, & the service is very good. The owners are very hard working, but always make time to say hi or have a chat. I love the fact that they go that 'extra mile' to make sure their customers are happy.
I really love going there, & the coffee is beautiful, very moreish.

I went there this morning for a smoothie. The service was very poor. young girl behind the till was very moody, and rolled her eyes a few too many times. I asked for a berry smoothie which on the menu says has mixed berries, chai, chocolate and almond milk. I watched the young man make it and saw that he put berries, ice cream and whole cows milk in it. No chai or chocolate was added, and the ice cream and whole cows milk was not what I read on the menu. Not impressed at all! And to top it off the service was extremely slow even though they literally had about 2 other customers.

Seems to me the place is very run down, lots of light globes were out couches had huge tears in them and the plates were chipped.

I always love going to Jamaica Blue Whitfords. Coffee is so good and always the same. Had a veg breakfast which was well portioned and presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. They make a point of getting to know you when you are a regular!

We have eaten in other Jamaica Blue Cafes and was expecting the same standard of service and food unfortunately this one did not stack up the service was efficient but slow and not very friendly when the food was served it was small proportions and not well presented unfortunately we will not return as there is plenty of other options in the mall

Went there for a coffee and muffin, I found it tasty and quick service. Not so busy and that probably the reason for a quick service, but I appreciate it. Staff serious but gentle.

Pop in for a couple of coffees the staff was nice and the coffee was good and well presented. It was not busy busy that's why they do our order very quickly but I found it comfortable and good.
