Great place for a casual and healthy meal out

Friendly service, tasty food, casual and relaxed atmosphere. Really nice sitting in outside area when there is a good musician on the outdoor stage.

Decent Burger

Saturday night dropped in to try the Burgers. Clean , friendly setup with very competent staff. Prices are ok, burgers were nice and not too big. Recommended for families.

While the zucchini chips are to die for, the wagyu beef burger had no lettuce as they'd run out, and tasted of bun, meat and very tangy mayo/slaw. Wouldn't buy it again but would go back for the zucchini chips.

Burnt bun - inedible, 27th Aug 2020

Ordered a burger on Uber eats and was presented with a burn black bun and an under cooked inedible burger. Just awful. What’s the manager doing there? No quality control there and who are they employing, staff that will wrap up this filth and send it out. Complaint to Uber ears along with photo attached. Had a burger on the weekend from there and was ok but this was a disgrace.

Order for Harry Potter!

My daughter and I arrived at 8:30pm for a burger. We ordered and the kind waitress asked for a name. I went to give my name, but my daughter interjected and asked for the order to be under the name ‘Harry Potter’. Fortunately the restaurant had only muggles, so the waitress (an amazing Slytherin, no less!!) was able to assign our order without offending Harry. The food was delicious, too, we enjoyed every bite! Thanks so much! You made my Daughter’s night.

Wait time too long

As always the wait is too long, I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for 1 burger!! At the counter the guy said 10-15 minute wait?

Waaaaaaaaay tooooo slooooooow

45 mins to prepare 2 adult burgers and then another 10 mins for the kids mini-me packs… waaaaay too slow… My kids were losing their beans after 15 mins…

I’m on holiday from the UK and lunched at Grill’d with my son and grandson. Lovely, bright, clean restaurant. The food was great. When they say they serve healthy burgers they mean it. Sweet potato chips to die for! I actually chose a salad which was delicious. I wish this chain would relocate to England!

Tasty burgers

Newly opened in Whitfords Mall . Nice airy bright resturant . A choice of beef , chicken or lamb meat and you can choose to dress according to your own preferences . You have to wait awhile for your meal but this because your order is freshly prepared, no pre-cooking here .Staff efficent and friendly. Cost reasonable .

we eat at Grill's about every 4 weeks, all franchise have great customer service and the other half has the vegetarian option burger that she enjoys, the kids love the sliders, only downside is chips could be $4-$5 and include a dipping sauce, I think the regular is $6.50 + extra for a sauce, when you are paying $15 for a burger alone is expensive, perhaps do a burger and chips combo for $18 and mix it up a bit. Love the community bottle top idea, good to see,

After try the Grill'd Joondalup we tried the Whitford Grill'D We have found them every bit as good , the service is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, food is a lot more healthy choices We will definitely make these burgers of choice now

Visited with wife and kids 4 & 6. Ordering was easy and swift. Unfortunately the whole order was messed up. Food came quickly but was the wrong order and when food did arrive it was not warm. $2 burgers and chips and 2 kids meals plus a beer and a wine $80. I won't be back.

Had a excellent meal here, all the family enjoyed and best of all they do gluten free burgers, best burgers ever! Dont know what rolls u use but it tastes beautiful , it was so good went to another grill d shop. Great service, great drinks , great food and a beautiful new shop in whitfords.

Great range of burgers

A new venue here at the new Whitrords City we have given it a try for lunch a couple of times, and nit been disappointed by what has been presented to us. Our personal favourite is the shepherds delight, hold the mayo which spoils the taste we think. The bird and brie is a close second fave for me, and for something different, we alternate the nice herb chips at times with some zucchini chips, which my wife made me eat as she could not finish them, and much as I would hate to admit it, they were quite different and quite tasty! The Grilled menu is wide and varied and seems to cater for all tastes and ages. Not too many people there on the days we visited, so you are ensured of quick service. The customers that were there all seemed to be happy with their meals. Roll on that liquor license to make a meal complete.
