Went there a few times for lunch. As it is close for lunch, we went for dinner. The hostess (Rolande the Chef’s wife) is more than excellent and the service outstanding...the food original, and excellent too. The best restaurant in Quebec City, nothing less!

What a delightful meal! We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. Absolutely fabulous. Every course (and there were many!) was better than the last. Mushroom, tuna, scallop, shrimp, lobster, duck, venison. Oh, and chocolate! The waitstaff were so good! Just the right combination...More
