    The best

    Went there a few times for lunch. As it is close for lunch, we went for dinner. The hostess (Rolande the Chef’s wife) is more than excellent and the service outstanding...the food original, and excellent too. The best restaurant in Quebec City, nothing less!

    In old town Quebec City, this restaurant has excellent food, a good wine list and sommelier and very professional service. The only caution is that it is very expensive !

    What a delightful meal! We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. Absolutely fabulous. Every course (and there were many!) was better than the last. Mushroom, tuna, scallop, shrimp, lobster, duck, venison. Oh, and chocolate! The waitstaff were so good! Just the right combination...More

    Vegetarian probably, vegan I doubt it (might be hard to find in Québec City), but I would certainly email them. Good luck. Enjoy your stay ! Cheers
