We went to this restaurant at the end of our two week trip to various cities in Canada. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary. Booked to coincide with sunset and we weren’t disappointed. Staff were amazing always made sure you were happy. We had the...fixed priced menu as it had good vegetarian options. Food was superb. We started in an inside table but were given a window seat for dessert which also had added happy anniversary decoration. The views were stunning at night. A wonderful end to an amazing trip.More

I have never seen such disrespect from multiple staff members within 2 hours of dining at such an establishment in Toronto. Firstly, one of our plates served had a piece of aluminum foil in the food. When we politely alerted the issue to our server...started to be very aggressive with us without a single apology. He made excuses and started to ridicule us for not knowing that it’s “just aluminum foil that’s part of the cooking process”. As educated people with common sense, we are very aware of aluminum foil and its use. However, our concern is that a foreign object being served on a plate poses a potential health and safety risk. He walked away while mumbling “I can’t stand these people.” Following that incident, be continued to be aggressive throughout the night. When our plates were still half full, he asked if he could clear them. When we said weren’t finished, another staff member, was also present and said to our server “there’s only one bite left though” and shook his head at us. In addition, the Caucasian brunette server without a name tag equally treated us poorly during our visit. Instead of offering to take photos for our group of 4, she scolded us for leaving our table to take photos of the exquisite view we had paid for to experienceMore

If you want bland overpriced food then come here! The food is not worth the price at all. The view is beautiful but you should just pay for the observation deck and eat somewhere else. BEWARE BEWARE OF JEFF THE SERVER! After dinner and dessert,...I asked for the check and went to pay with my card. JEFF tried to cover his hand over the card reader machine which he added his own gratuity of 25%, if I didn’t catch it before I used my card he would have just taken my money and walked away. I had to ask him to give me the machine so I could remove it and add my own gratuity. I did tip just because the bus boy was doing all the work for our table and I believe they spilt it. Gratuity is not mandatory and is definitely not up to the server to choose what they get! That was a very disrespectful, disappointing, and disgusting act for him to do! He was trying to take advantage of me and my family which left us with a bad feeling. How many times has he probably done this to other people dining there without them noticing?! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!More

We enjoyed the revolving restaurant experience and found the menu to our liking, with dishes well presented and served in a timely and friendly manner. Actually the food was better than some reviews had led us to expect, which was a bonus! Yes, it is...expensive but the 360 includes the lift and the observation deck, so overall value is OK, and we did get a spectacular sunset, by timing our visit to arrive just before dusk.More

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The unique seating area, slowly revolving to take in the Toronto landscape, was delightful. The waiting staff were very professional and special thanks to Eric, who was very helpful and explained the menu options, etc. The three...courses we had were all delicious. We had the prime rib eye, cooked just how like it. All in all, it was a great experience.More

So much better for views than observation deck so definitely recommend! Food lovely, and good variety on menu. Service was ok - very busy when we went. food came quickly but things such as paying the bill/ordering took a while.

We were so glad we booked a meal in the 360 Restaurant as part of our visit to the CN Tower. We were only able to get a 17:45 table but this turned out to be perfect timing. We started our meal in beautiful sunlight,...the restaurant takes 72 minutes to rotate, and we were then able to see dusk fall from the observation tower. We ordered the 2 course menu (which is the minimum spend required for a visit) and our food was very good, as were the cocktails. Spending a couple of hours up the tower enjoying a delicious meal while taking in the ever changing views, really felt like the best way to experience the CN Tower.More

Amazing views, food and staff. We booked a table at 1945 as sunset was 2030. What we didn't know is that it takes about an hour for the restaurant to rotate and we didn't quite make it round for the sunset. The views were still...great in late sub and night. Try the indigenous menu, we thought it was really good.More

It was a last-minute decision to eat here and I’m glad we did. The food was absolutely outstanding which was a pleasant surprise (as sometimes venues like this rely on the beautiful views and the food disappoints). The service was excellent - friendly and professional...and of course the view was amazing. Would highly recommend. A little pricey but not exorbitant.More

Visited during a family holiday to Ontario. Family of 3 (Husband, Wife, 11 year old daughter) went for lunch service as we wanted to visit the CN Tower while in Toronto. Booked online a few weeks previously and reconfirmed when email received 24 hours prior...to the visit. Arrived around 25 minutes before our time, which was fortunate as the security screening downstairs was painfully slow and after a quick green screen souvenir photo, we arrived at our table about 5 minutes late. We were sat in section 3 (which you need to know if you leave the table and return as it's moved 😂) and we had Billie/Billy (unsure on spelling - sorry!) look after us. He was very patient with us taking our order as we were busy looking between the window and the menu - probably something he's used to. We had a mocktail and a glass of bubbles each. Mocktail was beautifully done, bubbles felt like they were the end of the bottle - should have said at the time but too busy enjoying ourselves. We ordered from the fixed price menu a clam chowder, green salad and a seared trout followed by the 45 day aged steak. Everything tasted great and was nicely prepared. Our daughter finished off with the chocolate taster dessert and was very impressed. Service was excellent, wine and water poured for us, keeping our glass topped up. Only right at the end after paying did a glass get knocked over an broke - wasn't a big issue as nobody was hurt and these things happen. All in all, our lunch lasted around 90 minutes. During that time, we had at least one full revolution seeing all of Toronto. Would I recommend ? - YES! Would I go again ? Yes! N.B. we did go again the following day as I had left our souvenir family photo in the shop, called up and was surprised they had it in lost and found. Such a kind and helpful team.More

I booked lunch for 11 April; it’s not my first time in a revolving restaurant but you never quite get used to the fact you’re moving slowly as you sip your drinks and eat your food. Eating in the 360 restaurant isn’t for the budget...conscious but if you have the resources, I would heartily recommend spending an hour or so in the 360 degrees restaurant - the food is impeccable, the drinks fantastic and the service is exquisite. Could not fault a thing. I ordered off the a la carte menu though the prix fixe offered a number of interesting dishes. There was also an ‘indigenous menu’ which I was tempted by (but I don’t like gravlax) and was an interesting addition. Following lunch, you’re invited to head down to the observation platform but the views are way better from the restaurant. And you can also drop by the gift shop after for an eclectic range of quality souvenirs.More

This place has a special meaning for us, no wonder we came back here on a sunny day at the weekend for lunch. However the management decided to ask everybody to join the same queue tourists do in order to go to the CN observation...point, besides joining the same security queues, then the same queues for the elevators. You arrive on time and then you have all this mishap when you are sick with physical medical problems? An utter joke. Fortunately I communicated this to the management on the phone and they spoke with the security guys downstairs, thus facilitating us partially to avoid this nonsense which could have delayed our meal by close to one hour - apparently in the future they might re-introduce the separate queues. From this point onwards, the situation improved drastically, although I was feeling worse because of the delayed meal. The manageress, Charmayne (apologies if the name was not spelt correctly) and the waitress, Natasha, were simply brilliant. We both had the lamb (mine had a bit of more fat than acceptable) so I had to eat the rest of the stuff, while the desert was simply amazing. Although we were there for over one hour, during which the restaurant was extremely busy, we decided to go briefly to the viewing platform, heaving with unruly tourists and kids screams so left almost immediately taking the same elevator with a queue, having the same mother with her pushy 4 years old wanting to see Toronto, however much they will remember, as the first time was not enough. Don't you love pushy mothers and kids? Sick, older people do not matter, right? An utter disgrace. Most surely we will return in a few years, ideally weekday.More
