I had a wonder evening and a great service from my waitress Carlee. She was very helpful in suggesting my wine and my food order . I will definitely come back .

This review is to give praise to our hostess Alicia at the Prime Steakhouse Restaurant, Crown Plaza Hotel, Niagara Falls, Canada. It was my first time visiting Niagara Falls and my friend and I decided to splurge on dinner. From the get go, Alicia was...full of enthusiasm and brought a vibrant vibe to an already amazing experience. She made our Niagara Falls dinner absolutely wonderful with her attentiveness to our needs and attention to detail. I had dropped my napkin and without realizing it, a new napkin was folded and placed in front of me.. She was super sweet and brought top-notch professionalism.. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner, we had the pleasure of having Rowen as our waiter who made the night so enjoyable for the both of us. The food was amazing, the restaurant was beautiful and again Rowen and including the whole staff...were wonderful! Overall, an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back!More

Very disappointing experience. Felt like we got pulled into a tourist trap with a “view of the falls”. We had the Caesar salad, the calamari, the poutine, the duck wings, 16oz rib eye and pan seared scallops. While the service was fine, the food was...sub par (the salad was the only thing that was decent) - you would definitely be better off going to The Keg or Ruth’s Chris if you wanted a steak.More

Our first time here was back in March 2020 just as the pandemic was ramping up. We came back as a family and our experience from being seated to paying our bill was even better than the last time. We were treated to great service...and enjoyed a delicious meal - the baked Alaska is still awesome. The red wine that was suggested to us helped us discover a new winery in the Niagara region, Colaneri. This restaurant is not cheap but we got value and great service for our money. If you have not been to this restaurant put it on your bucket list. You will not be disappointed.More
