Ordered the egg fried rice, Shanghai pork dumplings and pawns fried noodle for our dinner! The texture of the hand made noodles was good and unique. The quality of the foods was generally good and our server was friendly, and attentive as well. Our only concern is the difficulty to look for nearby parking!

We loved the food, service and atmosphere of this little noodle house. It felt like we were in a traditional noodle house in northern China. The cumin lamb with cutting noodles and the green beans with xo sauce were perfect. Plus we ordered hot tea, which came in large glasses with leaves at the bottom and flowers and pods floating on top. Good for hot water top-ups. Prices were reasonable too. I recommend coming at noon when they open, as seating is limited to several 4 and 2 person booths along the walls.

Noodles made fresh on site, you will not find better. Excellent Asian food at very reasonable prices. Nice traditional wood style decor adds to the ambiance. Highly recommended, especially the salt pepper chicken

Tiny restaurant with heavy chinese style furniture and wonderful house blend tea. At the back you can see the cooks making/stretching and then cooking the noodles you just ordered. The dishes are nicely portioned so that you can safely order one or two per person if you are hungry and want to try as many as possible! Would be a regular if I lived in Vancouver.

We shared curry chicken wok fried noodles and pan fried pork dumplings. Both were amazing, the hand pulled noodles were exceptional with a nice chew to them. The service was fast and very friendly. This was one of the best things we ate on this trip and also the cheapest. A great choice if you're in English Bay and tired of bleeding money on food!

As soon as you enter, you feel like you have stepped into a restaurant in China. The decor, smell of the food, the energy of the place - they all add to the feeling. It feels like an efficient family run restaurant. It felt like the parents were running the kitchen (it is an open kitchen) themselves and the admin/waiting was taken care of by the daughter.
The waitress was very helpful in explaining the order and the favourites. We ordered the favourites and we weren’t wrong. It was super yummy and authentic in flavour. We saw the noodles being made fresh. They have 3 types of noodles. There are a various customisations available using various add-ins. Along with the tasty food, it was an additional treat to see the chefs in the kitchen at work.
Highly recommended.

Legendary is an understatement on how good this place is. Probably the best Asian Noodles I've ever had, their handmade cut Noodles were exceptional, as were their dumplings. This place has made it on to my "must visit" list for future trips to Vancouver

Family dinner which was really nice.
Busy little place which does a good amount of takeaways.
Seats about 30 at most and has a good turnover of clients coming through.
The food is the winner and is very fresh and well seasoned.
Has good break between courses.
Don’t judge a look by itself, get inside.

This is for Broadway location
The noodles and broth where ok.. Lanzhou beef noodle in west blvd, to me taste better. They have more selection on the menu though. The xiao long pao didn’t have much broth at all. Guess today wasn’t that good for them. Went on a Sunday lunch time.

The food is Amazing. The noodles are made fresh in house. You can watch them make them in the kitchen. The stir fried thick noodles were amazing and the noodles in the beef broth has tremendous flavour. This will be my first visit when I return to Vancouver

Spring is here but still a bit chilly.
Nothing better than a bowl of hot steaming knife cut noodles and soup.
Legendary is a small place, narrow with really cool interior with lots of wood work. It’s been at this location for some time.
What I like about it is that it’s not just a place that slapped up some Asian decor. It does have a good ambience and you can see into the kitchen while they make the noodles and dishes.
We usually end up taking some of it home to enjoy later.

This is a very popular place especially for take-outs. However, our two noodle dishes were extremely greasy and salty, and the noodles were all gummed together. Both were quite unappetizing and unhealthy. Perhaps our experience was unusual since we had read positive reviews of the place.

I had looked this place up before traveling to Vancouver and we tried the fried pork dumplings and the steamed ones i forgot the name but both were delicious!!! we wanted to try other food in the area so we didn't eat a lot here but it was very very good. someone else came in after us and ordered noodles, they smelled amazing so next time we will try some!

Best noodles we’ve had outside of Asia and can hold its own against what we’ve experienced there. Only mediocre dish was the peanut based one, everything else was amazing. They even stayed open late to accommodate us and never rushed us in the process.

We had dinner 2 days at he Legendary Noodle. They were both great. Food was well priced, plentiful and tasty. On the second night, they ran out of an ingredient so my wife had to change her order, to compensate they threw in a fee tea which was unnecessary but a nice gesture.
