I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. We popped in with our family of 12 on a Sunday night and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Everything we ate was amazing, from the rolls and focaccia with olive tapenade to...our salads of burr at and thinly sliced beets and the carpaccio. The main courses that we had were the halibut, the Osso Buco the chicken, the Taglietelli, the raviolis, the pasta with spicy sausage and the pasta with burrito and tomato…every bite was amazing. There were four of us. We all ordered something different and we all had a great Italian meal. The staff were terrific. The atmosphere was also very good. In a very central position.

Our server, an older/senior Caucasian man, was very rude. I asked for a small dish of pasta, not the larger entree (they have two sizes available), but he charged me for the large dish. When I questioned it politely, he got frustrated with me and...ripped the receipt out of my hand and walked away. He came back with a new receipt but continued to provide horrible service, grumpily taking our payment. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, or he was racist, or he thought we didn’t deserve good customer service - whatever the case, we won’t be returning to this restaurant. The food is wonderful, but I can’t return to a restaurant after being treated that way.More

Came here for my wife's birthday on a Sunday night. Hadn't visited in many years and was happy to see its still the same excellent quality as it was before. We were very well treated by all staff, our server (Japanese lady, didn't catch her...name) was friendly and very professional. Food was fantastic as well. Beef carpaccio, Beet/burrata salad, osso buco and lasagna were all great, beautifully prepared and skillfully executed. Great job to the entire team! Thank you very much!More

First visit to Cin Cin and it was very good. We had the Sunday lunch and it was more than acceptable. The highlight was the live music that started at 4pm. Great venue for the music and the band were excellent. Will be back very...soon. PS. The staff were very friendly and helpful.More

A disaster. Ticket number 4744. The carpaccio was great, the wine was ok. My wife's Caesar salad was dry, hardly any dressing or flavour, so it was half eaten. I ordered the cassa pasta dish. The sauce was excellent, the pasta not so much. I...know el dente, this was undercooked and inedible. I explained the problem so they brought me another pasta, this too was undercooked. They asked what I wanted and as a joke I said the sauce and bread. They delivered a bowl of sauce and bread, I was hungry, so I ate it. My brother ordered the truffle lasagne, he too could not eat it. This place used to be wonderful, but sadly this is no longer the case. How is it possible that an Italian restaurant does not know how to cook pasta?More

This is a nice restaurant, though the food was only average. They have an extensive wine list, though their wines are then extremely expensive and they want to decanter everything.

This restaurant came as a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful being it was our first time with all the delicious recommendations! I was visiting from Calgary with a friend and we had the most incredible evening, start to finish. We were seated at the bar while we waited for a table, where we had some unique, delicious cocktails. The bartender was attentive, friendly and when we...had questions about the drinks, spent some time chatting with us. We were then seated in the corner of the restaurant for dinner, much ahead of our quoted wait time. Highlight: Our server, Victor. I have worked in restaurants for 7 years as a bartender, server and manager and eat out quite a lot. I can honestly say he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He made fantastic recommendations, our glasses of both wine and water were never empty, he was there was we needed him and gave us space when we were deep in conversation. He joked around with us, took our teasing and knew when to give it right back. His recommendations were detailed, honest and tailored to what we had indicated we were looking for and the type of wine we were going to order. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine listing, but still sent over the sommelier to help us choose a bottle. (Overall, the team service was fantastic as well as we had both the manger and sommelier check in on us during the evening). He had a great sense of humour, was incredibly genuine and absolutely made our evening. Thank you Victor and CinCin staff :) Other highlights: Atmosphere, bolognese & Parmesan soufflé!More
