Thanks for blowing my anniversary! We asked for 2 coffees with milk. Kyle J says we don’t serve coffee, just americanos. I guess after driving all the way there we might as well have the americanos! The milk came out first. Then, wait for it,...2 full to the brim americanos arrive. No chance to get some milk in them., yup! That’s ok I guess! We can just poor half out into another glass I suppose. This shows me the waiter does not care. And yes, he can certainly see our issue! What happen to the old days when exceeding expectations were first and foremost? I would have ran to the coffee shop in the hotel and got 2 coffees. As for the extremely limited menu I was blown away that it was too complicated to bring our food out together. Out came the pork sliders, after several minutes and at least enough time for my wife to eat half her lunch my cold flat bread came out. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Honestly I should have just walked to my table and left $59.85 on the table pre tip and just left before anything came. Just because it the FBS you definitely don’t deserve a 4/5! This is my worst review after at any Fairmont I have stayed. I should have went to the Malcolm in Canmore. Next time!More
