I've been coming to Dream Beach Cafe with my family on a number of different occasions over the past couple of years and it just gets better and better. They recently renovated and the new decor and ambience is just fabulous, it reminds me of a Greek Cafe on Santorini but in the Philippines. Their Greek Salad is sooo good and their Filipino and European dishes are absolutely delicious. Ask for a little extra heat in your Goulash or Shrimp Gambas and you will have a small inferno going on in your tum! The owner and his wife are very pleasant and his staff are attentive and adapt to your requirements like the hospitality pros they are. The views of Apo Island are stunning and they can arrange boat trips there and scuba diving. I can't recommend this place highly enough, in some ways it's so good I'd rather it kept a secret though if you catch my drift.

Came here for the all day breakfast after one of my good friends (who's been here for 20+ years) told me this was the best Full English Breakfast in or around Dumaguete City. I've been here several times before over the years and usually just order a refreshing drink, so to have some food was a first for me.
Overall it was very good. I had been told to expect two proper English sausages, but alas, they served up one big fat German style sausage, which was still very nice. There were 4 half rashers of bacon, baked beans, tomatoes and two fried eggs. You also get two slices of toast and a choice of drink, with me opting for an orange juice, which was in fact cordial; had I known this fact, then I would have ordered a cup of tea instead. In addition, I also ordered an additional side portion of hand cooked French fries, which came with a mayo dip.
The service was quick and the food was piping hot and very tasty. The HP sauce and Worcestershire sauce were great finishing touches to what was a very filling meal. With my tip, it came in at 520 Php, which is reasonable given what you get and what I experienced.
I'll be back.

We enjoyed it a lot during Dumaguete's no power, no internet, no water Sunday. Great food, cold beer, excellent very friendly service, reasonable prices, lots of parking. Right on the beach with a fantastic view over Apo Island, the right place to catch up with friends

This restaurant was pretty lovely with an amazing view to eat. The food was quite good. The service was good. It has a Greek feel to it!

This restaurant is located next to the beach, where boats leave for Apo Island.
It has a beach view but is covered. It is very relaxed, the food is very good and cheap compared to some resort restaurants in the area. Service is quite quick. The kitchen is closing at 7.30pm.
