Lovely place to sit but very overpriced. I paid $8 for a soy hot chocolate (before the public holiday surcharge!).
The bruschetta was okay (needs onion) and it cost an extra $6 for goats cheese, of which there was less than 2 tablespoons.
Even though it was raining and still pretty busy we managed to find a dry table. Booking recommended - it gets busy. The food is amazing - seasonal and interesting combinations. Every bite - Yum. Good Coffee. Felt comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Going back in...March with some friends so look out! the word will keep spreading...More
Our first time to this cafe, but it certainly won't be our last. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful rural setting, outdoors dining but with plenty of shelter. Very generous servings of delicious organic food, all at very reasonable prices. A great place...for a relaxing meal. Service was friendly and efficient. Thank you Karina and team.More
Just off The Lakes Way and a few minutes off the Pacific Highway at Rainbow
Flat, the cafe serves excellent salads and other dishes. It’s a hidden gem located on a garlic farm. The coffee is very good as are the cakes and tarts.
A pleasant find as we have been coming to the area for about a decade now. So when you come across that’s not the sadly standard fare of food in the area is a great surprise and, with interesting ingredients. I had a tahini chocolate...cake once you have the initial tahini hit the flavors combine well and the sesame overkill goes away. Great selection of leaf teas. The only flaw are some of the prices for some of the dishes plain sour dough toast is $8.00 for two slices and that’s just with butter no condiments. Yes it may come from palm bakery where you pay the same price for a whole loaf retail so the cafe probably pays $4.00 a loaf. They could be cheaper on that my cake was about the same price!!!? Same as the teas price difference I had mint tea at $4.00 and my wife’s sticky chai with skim milk was $8.50!!!!? I guess if you add soy milk or a nut milk you are looking at $10.00 for a pot of chai? Sorry that’s ridiculous for a in Vogue tea. Please explain that one.
The food is lovely the setting and freshness ticks the boxes but at the price Is to be questioned.
With going just make sure your pockets are deep.More

We went to Valley View Farm during the week to celebrate a birthday. It was our first visit but it will certainly not be the last. In beautiful surroundings we enjoyed beautiful, fresh, organic food combining to produce some great combos. And delicious, interesting desserts...to follow. Such a great asset to the local area.More
It's nice to have a local place that makes beautiful dishes with wonderful ingredients. There's a small menu of freshly made dishes that varies each week. There a great variety of cakes. It's not as cheap as a bakery. Take a hat if you go...in summer. Even though there are umbrellas, most of the seating is outside.More
