An exceptional coffee drinking experience. The place looks like a caffee lab, literally. The processes of roasting, grinding and brewing coffee are carefully designed. The coffee is finely served, with a cup with a card describing the origin of the coffee. Specialty coffee in the true sense of the word. Although we are espresso lovers, the offer of other types of coffee is excellent. Also, the cakes and pastries are so nice that a top French pastry chef would not be ashamed of them. comfortable staff. praise to the friendly barista. cozy and nice ambience. Little bit pricey but still it is a double shot:)
If you are in Da Nang day, be sure to visit this place.

The ambition of this shop is palpable. And... the team delivers!
I came back three times during my short visit to Da Nang. The coffee was impeccable. The service very good. The pastries also were great.
This shop is not for the casual tourist. It caters to serious foodies and those who aspire to be foodies.
Don't expect to get a 16oz soup bowl of milk with some coffee mixed in. Coffee with milk here is more likely to be 1.5oz of espresso with a dash of oat milk (better for the planet!) or a single-origin pour-over.
Prices are on the high side for Vietnam (approximately USD3 for a small drink) and yet the value is there. Highly recommend to give this shop a try. It would be difficult to find anything with a more ambitious vision and meticulous execution, anywhere.

Introduced by my friend as we are heavy coffee drinkers with espresso machine at home. The coffee is special with high score beans sourced directly from farm. The staffs are also very knowledgeable and give us very details about each type of beans, what method to use, which pastry is compatible with the coffee choice. Although the price may not be suitable for normal daily coffee dosage, we think it’s worth it

I saw this place during construction and it looked quite interesting. Finally back in Da Nang gave it a shot. First things first, coffee. An espresso came served in a clear glass akin to a water glass. Very little crema. Glass apparently was not preheated thus it effected the coffee cooling it. Coffee itself aside from not being hot and in a drinking water glass, was not bitter nor had a bitter aftertaste. Latin American origin as I recall.
For 80,000 Viet dong 3.45USD I would hope to get it in a demitasse cup and hot. Normal price for an espresso locally is from 25 to 35,000 approx dong. For more than double the price at least serve it right.
On menu it seems all their coffee costs 80,000 dong. Pricing may be to recoup the price of a very expensive La Marzocco Strada espresso machine and 2 matching white grinders. They have a small commercial coffee roaster at the back of the store.
For perspective 80,000 dong gets you a nice entree and drink or coffee at a multitude of local restaurants. 80,000 dong gets you 4 baguette sandwiches choice beef, pork or chicken.
The physical design of 43 Roaster is nice and they have seating within a fish pond that surrounds the place. 43 pricing reflects their newly constructed building and very expensive coffee machines. I ordered and paid at cashier then order was brought to table.
If you are a coffee connoisseur I would highly recommend Talk Barista in Ho Chi Min.

Horrible experience. Very pretentious and overpriced placed with uninterested service. I asked for simple latte with plant milk and got a drink I was not able to drink the size of double espresso. Food was eatable but portions super small. I will not come back again!

Espresso and siphon coffee were not that great but maybe that's just me. The pastries and the smoothiebowl however were really good. The tropical smoothiebowl had some durian in it and it was an experience in itself.
The location is supercool, very stylish bar and their outside seating is nice because you are practically sitting in their koi pond.
Staff was friendly and we had no problem sitting and eating with our children (aged 2 and 4).
For the coffee I'd go somewhere else, I guess it's just too hipster for me (and also has hipster prices, very expensive!)

We came for breakfast. One croissant is 3USD, a basic sandwich is 7USD, a cup of tiny coffee is 4USD.
They do not have fruit juice or anything but overpriced coffee. We waited 45 min for a tiny sandwich...

Visiting the place for the first time and notice that the cashier prefers the locals over the tourists, the young over the old and the 'pushers' over the people standing in line. (and it was not a busy night)
everything is OVERPRICED, the quantity is minute and the pricetag, huge!
the same quality coffee with bigger portions of cakes can be obtained just around the corner. on top of that. the service is very slow and NOT professional.
better avoid the place.

This place is extortionate (London prices) which would be ok if the coffee was drinkable. The hand drip coffee has all the flavour, aroma and colour of dirty dishwater - weak and tasteless. The espresso was sour and undrinkable. These supposedly special arabica beans they used were really disgusting. The pastries were ok. 1 star instead of none because the staff were at least helpful and friendly. Much better off at the local coffee joints where the coffee is rich and strong (if a bit sweet).

This cafe is a very nice place to sit and have a coffee however, they do not serve any latte's. The cafe had a stream of customers coming and going meaning it's a popular place. It has indoor and interesting outdoor seating. I would come back for a light meal but I need my hot latte in the morning...

Since I moved to Danang, this is my favorite working space. Staffs are extremely friendly and caring. I just love the way they hold space for customers by not putting music on. If you're interested in Specialty Coffee, 43Factory is your hub. They know exactly what they're doing when it comes to Coffee.

I try to come at lunch according to the review on tripad, the location is quite close to the sea and easy to go. The shop is air-conditioned so entering is very cool and has a spacious space with sofas and family tables. Outside, there is a fish pond surrounding the restaurant.
I ordered 1 Kemgin filter from Panama along with 1 Croissant and enjoyed it very well. Because this is a specialty coffee shop, the coffee is very delicious with many aromas and flavors when used. The staff enthusiastically introduced the beans and agriculture. Farm and informative very friendly.
The store sells boxes of whole coffee beans, so I bought them and introduced them to my friends. They really liked it and wanted Canh Kite to try and experience it.
But the long hours of 12am - 2pm are frozen so if people want less people they should come before then.

This is my favorite coffee shop .Unlike the other popular and crowded coffee shops in my vicinity, the ambiance here is very serene and refreshing which enchants me every time I visit it. Moreover, the café owner, fortunately, plays classical music in a mild volume which complements the overall coffee-sipping, mind-refreshing experience. Also, the freshly brewed filtered coffee served by them along with sweet pancakes feels like heaven in the mouth.

I had Arthur King - absolutely the best salmon on toast in town. So many options of pastry and sweet as well ... so many to choose.
I would go back at night time, sit in the middle of the pond, order a finger set (it’s huge) and have a bottle cider.
Dabesttt !! Y’all should do the same!! Trust meh!!

We ordered a pour over using Finca Soledad Syndra roast, a single source bean from Peru. The pour over was clean, light, high acidity with floral tones. It paired well with the custard croissant we ordered. The cafe feels clinical, very clean, bright and basically furnished. The barista who made our pour over was knowledgeable about the bean and its origins, and informative about their brand and how they source their beans which are roasted onsite. We would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good brew and reasonably priced beverages and pastries. We enjoyed ourselves while we were there.
