For as much as I like the food of this place, same reason why I keep ordering again and again, you gotta know you keep doing things wrong. Like whenever ordering feta cheese salads that come without feta cheese, and this happened three times in...a row until I started specifying on the special request to include the feta, of the feta salad... or my pasta with olives, paying on top for the shrimps, and the you don’t put the olives... Or just not getting my order all in one, and then texting, claiming... What makes me write this review here on a channel where more audience can get to know what happens at your place, is your lack of customer service, as per the times I tried contacting you Pasha out of frustration because its difficult to get in direct touch and get immediate answers to get things solved and corrected, but you solving nothing and just keep blaming the delivery guy! Food came out from your kitchen, the bad aswering/solution came from your staff, and even if the delivery guy is eating only the feta cheese from my salad and only the olives from my pasta, why you work with Tomato if they’re messing with your customers? Even this decision comes from your staff. Please next time do honor what you offer and back up your customers.More

Waited in a queue outside for over an hour for someone who had made a reservation to tell us that the restaurant told them that they might not even get a table and that they’re running out of food. They should have told us that...before waiting for so long!More

Nice restaurant, nice atmosphere but we had the 13 mezes and these were a bad joke. If you have ever eaten Mezes anywhere else both quantity and quality were ridicolous. For the price we paid, we got a seafood parillada for two people in Top...restaurants (even in Tulum) We had for example the following A: 4 carrot sticks, and 3 Jicama sticks. 2. Mexican Totopos (and industrial) ....no sea food, no meat, nothing elaborate, ...even compared to simple streetfood extremly disappointing. You can see it from all perspectives: bad and poor. This has been, by far, our favourite meal in Tulum. Having spend the previous evening at Tulum beach strip, we were desperate for some authenticity and a more low key vibe. This is exactly what Pasha delivered and more. The food was exquisite - the...meat melted in the mouth - and the general atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The manager was very friendly and accommodating - fantastic service all round. We decided to visit Pasha as a result of a recommendation from a friend who had visited a year ago and it did not disappoint. Clearly, consistently great. Very nice place. The decorations and set make you feel right in Turkey. The food and staff were spectacular. We ordered the eggplant casserole and it was amazing. Then we had the vegetarian “lasagna” which was good too and the meat lasagna which was tasty.

It's interesting how a Turkish restaurant in Tulum is our favourite so far! Food was amazing and loved how we could try so many different things. Chicken kebab & Meze 7 were great

My husband and I shared a Mezze 8 and it was enough for both of us (falafel and hummus were excellent). They offer many vegetarian options, which is great. We ordered a baklava for desert and it was disappointing, other than that the food was...very good. Totally worth a visit.More

This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel and it looked a bit upscale and hospitable so we decided to give it the old college try. The restaurant has the feel of a comfortable nomadic tent with couches and rugs placed directly on a...rocky gravel floor and l tables set with oriental knick-knacks. The service is very courteous and the food is surprisingly Mediterranean tasting, whatever that might mean, I guess it means it doesn't taste Mexican. Prices are a bit high, and consequently, most of the patrons seem to be foreigners. A nice place to take a break away from the Mexican cuisine for a moment.More

We have been to Pasha a couple of times and it’s truly one of the best in Tulum. The food is just great, we’ve tried the shish kebab, Meze platter, Raviolis, none has disappointed. The Pasha cocktail is amazing! And the presentation of their mint...tea is just the highlight to wrap up your dinner. The ambiance is perfect! Since it’s off the beaten path it’s never too crowded, you can always find free parking nearby. Love it!More

Had a fantastic meal here with my girlfriend, we shared the Meze and a Lamb Kleftiko and it was plenty. The food was all delicious, the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Nice relaxed atmosphere with low Turkish-style seating. Recommended.
