As soon as I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the stunning ambiance. The decor and atmosphere were simply breathtaking and it set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing dining experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering me the option to sit outside once a table became available. And what a treat it was to dine with a waterfront view!
The dishes I ordered were absolutely fantastic - I couldn't get enough of them. The flavors were unique and expertly crafted, leaving me wanting more after each bite. Additionally, the staff's attention to detail was truly impressive. From the presentation of the dishes to the attentive service, I felt like I was dining at a high-class restaurant in New York City.
To top it all off, the drinks were simply special. Each cocktail was perfectly crafted and packed with flavor. It was clear that the mixologists at this establishment knew what they were doing and took pride in their work.
Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The atmosphere, food, and staff all come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out.

Me and my wife were on the island for a short time, but were craving good Vegetarian food. location is simply very convenient, 2 mins walking distance from the ultramar ferry port. The restaurant vibe itself is very blissful as it has a spacious open deck with a waterfront view. Regarding the hotel staff, the owner who goes by Simha (apologies if I got your name wrong) is super ebullient. The guy is so welcoming, you instant feel relaxed. Regarding the drinks, we tried two drinks, black kiwi and berry smash, both extremely refreshing and served in cute glasses! Next onto the food, we went with the vegetarian empanadas and some spaghetti type pasta, very delicious and leaves a customer content along with the shareable plates with good portions.
I strongly recommend and suggest that you explore and experience this restaurant whenever on the island. I’d definitely visit again.

We had an excellent dinner with friends the location Is great with a lovely view of the sea and sunset. Food was served by attentive staff, and food was Excellent, Head Chef Sergio Turriza has prepared a great selection of vegetarian and non vegan dishes.
Give it a try and you will be happy you did. We will be back ti try their breakfast.

Wonderful place, excellent ambience, outstanding service. Welcoming host, great drinks and food. Prices are similar to the kosher places in Miami, having a bigger choice of authentic Mexican food would be an additional plus. Overall great experience!

We spent the better part of the day going from shop to shop buying things we didn't need and decided we needed a refueling (alcohol). We stumbled (not literally) using this place and saw they had a happy hour and not seen it before. It was a beautiful day in Cozumel and we decided to sit outside for the incredible view. We only had 2 drinks but we received great service and some cool music on the deck. We witnessed the devouring of one of their burgers on the way out on the deck and it quite possibly had its on zip code it was so big. Can't speak to its tastiness, but based on the guy eating it, it must be good. Found out the place is really new, so yet another reason for us to come back and eat.

We went with friends to try this new dining spot. It is a pretty, second-floor location with a wonderful view of the sunset. The service was good. The drinks were inventive and tasty. The food was quite good and different than you get most places here. We tried the chicken shnitzel, the shwarma plate, and the Caribbean salad and it was all good and came out of the kitchen quickly. The shnitzel was crispy and not greasy and served on a bed of rice. The shwarma plate came with a puffy pita bread. The Caribbean salad had a nice mix of fruits in it. Great job!

We stopped by here for lunch based on recommendations from a friend who lives on the island. They’re a new place close to downtown. Our service was great and I appreciated they had food options that are different from other places in Cozumel. We ordered the hummus, which was probably one of the best hummus’s I’ve ever had. We also ordered the tempura salmon skewers, grilled corn and my husband had the crispy chicken burger. All were great but the hummus and corn were my favorite. For cocktails we had the Fuego and Berry Smash. Both were light and refreshing, and not overly sweet which I appreciated. I would stop by again. I recommend sitting outside to enjoy the ocean view. There was only one small complaint from my husband, they forgot the chipotle sauce on his sandwich. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

If you are interested in reasonably priced gourmet food complemented by excellent selection of cocktails - Fuego is the place. And if kosher food is what you need - Fuego is the place. Simcha is the proprietor; look him up, the visit will be a real celebration of life!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Fuego. The owner, originally from Israel, was extremely welcoming, making us feel at home. We were very impressed by the menu, which inventively combined Mexican and Israeli/Mediterranean flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by options influenced by Jewish cuisine that included liver spring rolls and brisket tacos. At the same time, the diner has tropical options such as mixed drinks with passion fruit. Everything was fresh, deliciously flavored, and set to a very high standard. Also, the ocean view was also quite wonderful!

Best meal we had all week (and best restaurant we’ve been to in months)! If you’re visiting Cozumel, you should definitely check out this amazing restaurant. The Regional Fish Fillet was magnificent and the Caribbean salad was delicious, full of amazing fresh fruit in an incredible dressing. The same can be said for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and even the complimentary bread that they serve was a highlight.

Beautiful location on the second floor, right on the water just a block from the ferry. The schnitzel was tender and crispy... perfectly cooked. I'm allergic to peppers and they bent over backwards to accommodate my allergy and make sure I enjoyed my meal. My husband had the brisket chilaquiles and enjoyed them very much.

while looking for a last night treat at the end of an amazing holiday,
we spotted Fuego , everything from the start to finish was superb ( which is an understatement).
The host Simcha was very gracious and all of his recommendations were spot on from drinks and appetizers to desert.

Yes! It was the best experience out of our time here to at Cozumel. From the "Welcome Home" all the way to the "See you soon" it was absolutely amazing! The chef and his team are looking to spoil each one of the guests and make sure they are enjoying their time and food is just amazing. we ordered almost everything of the menu and it was awesome!! Liver spring roll is a must!!

We had a delicious meal but left with a nasty "aftertaste".
Burger was fine. We also had one
ordered rib eye where the price was stated per ounce. You would think they serve a fairly normal weight. However, we got a rib eye of over 3 kilos (for 1 person).
As a result, this dish cost over $150.
I said at checkout that perhaps they should mention this to the next guest. It seems to me that the average eater cannot eat 3 kilos of meat.
We were kindly informed that we could take the remaining dish with us. Unfortunately, they do not have facilities to warm up in a hotel room.

We cannot recommend Fuego strongly enough! Everything about the experience was absolutely best in class— from the breathtaking ocean view venue and the professional, friendly and responsive wait staff and chefs to the incredible delicious and beautifully presented food. We were there for a special birthday and the setup was stunning— flowers, rose petals, wine along a backdrop of the Caribbean Sea at sunset. Each of the four courses we enjoyed, plus the delicious fruit cocktail, were perfect. For our main we enjoyed ribs that were cooked to perfection they literally melted in your mouth. To top it off, there was live music— a wonderful guitar player who further enhanced the relaxed vibe. We would 100 percent recommend Fuego to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious kosher cuisine with a breathtaking ocean front view. Though pricey, the experience is worth it! Thank you to the entire Fuego team for giving us a dinner experience that we will never forget!
