Main course was a ribeye steak with cracked marrowbone and ‘aiglot’ (can’t find the word now – it was mash potatoes mixed with several types of cheese – again, very tasty) ; and the herb crusted rack of lamb with slivered beets and beet juice infused mashed potatoes.
