Of course our main intention was to come here and eat! However this is more of an EXPERIENCE - with fabulous food and drink as a bonus. We were staying just down the road at Samfi Gardens, it’s quite remote too. The Treetop Restaurant showed up as a nearby location - it’s a 2 minute drive further up the bumpy track. We popped up and checked things out during the day, it looked interesting! The restaurant is basically built around a huge tree. We made a reservation later by email...Not so much to reserve a table I guess, more so to allow the chef to prepare. There were only 2 other couples eating when we were there. We took their advise and arrived at 6pm and received a complimentary drink of Rum Punch or Sangria. The view of the Pitons and surrounding sunset from the wooden decking was truly fabulous and we took lots of photos. We ate at around 7. The food was very good, it is a 3 course meal of several Indian food dishes including rice and breads costing us 60 USD each. We also had a lovely bottle of red wine “Robert something or other” for 40 USD. So it’s not exactly cheap, but splurging is something we can enjoy from time to time. We came away having found it money well spent. We are on holiday after all. All of the staff members were friendly and we had some good banter with them. Make the effort and visit this place and I feel sure you won’t be disappointed.

Eating at Treetop Restaurant and Bar has truly been the highlight of my visit to St. Lucia. First off, the restaurant is a gorgeous, multiple story treehouse in the middle of the rainforest, overlooking the ocean and the Pitons. So, location is fantastic. And the decor is STUNNING. The colors are so vibrant, yet perfectly cozy. The lighting was to die for. I felt like I was in an Indian fairy treehouse palace. All of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When we called to make a reservation, they asked about any allergies over the phone. My mother is allergic to onions, and when our family style main courses arrived, the chef had prepared a separate version of all 4 dishes without onions for her. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant be more accommodating to an allergy. Every single dish (both with and without onions) was delicious. And the bartender, Hamilton, was a dazzling star! His complimentary first round of rum punch was complex, yet so easy to drink. It was so wonderful I had to have a second glass. At the end of the evening, after we finished our dessert (again, delicious), we inquired about digestives and Hamilton prepared two separate after dinner tastes for us. The first was a rum infused with ginger and honey. The second was a rum infused with basil and citrus. HOLY MOLY they were amazing. I simply cannot put into words the experience that I had at Treetop. I felt so at home and comfortable here that I seriously will get married and have my wedding party here. I've never felt this kind of connection to a restaurant before. Oh also, did I mention that the receptionist is a German Shepherd? I'm in love.

The staff of Treetop Restaurant, including our receptionist Sheba, would like to thank you greatly for sharing your experience with the world! In under 24hrs this review has inspired another reservation by someone with an onion allergy 😮! We make it a duty to cater to all palates and we are thrilled that you enjoyed your dinner. See you on your wedding day!!!!

This place has amazing views and ambiance. The food is also spectacular, and Hamilton - the mixologist - crafted some excellent drinks. He was helpful and entertaining. All the staff was wonderful. We also ate at Jade Mountain, Dasheen and Boucan on our trip, and by comparison the $60 per person fixed menu was a good value. Highly recommended!

The entire experience was great. We were greeted at the door and given a brief tour and offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The restaurant is really unique and very cute, unlike any place we’ve been. The atmosphere and staff are reason enough to go- but the food was also incredible. It was a pre-fixed menu which made it easy and every single thing that came out was delicious. We’ve been to India and both agreed this was some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had. The bread was amazing. Make a reservation ahead! We called late afternoon Monday and were able to get in for dinner but not sure how difficult it might be on other nights. Highly highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!

We had read so many great reviews and opted to skip our all inclusive meal plan at another location for one evening, to try it out. No regrets. The Treetop dining experience was so well worth the price of having paid for two separate dinners that night, We were greeted quickly and escorted to the top level outside patio area, where couple or group photos are a must, but wait till they bring you the welcome tropical cocktail, which colors up the treetop level photo opp. They time the welcome area so everyone had a chance for ample photos without a crowd. A relaxing and beautiful start to the dining experience. It is a set menu with Indian fusion. We lived in London for many years and enjoy Indian food and have high expectations. This was among the best we have had in our frequent travels. Hamilton visited our table and explained that he was the best mixologist on the island and we were to share our drink wishes and he would deliver. After enjoying his concoctions, we have no doubt he speak the truth. Well done Hamilton!! We met the owner, Monica, who stopped at or table to wish us a happy 40th anniversary. Monica has created a uniquely beautiful restaurant with amazing food, customized cocktails, top quality service and such a unique atmosphere. We cant recommend it enough. Monica has Irish roots and clearly understands how to succeed and excel in hospitality on an island, whether the Emerald Isle or in the West Indies.

After a week of eating hotel food, we really wanted to explore local restaurants. My Indian husband was also desperate for some Indian food, and the Treetop restaurant was the only option for that. We arrived at c5.30pm because we have two young kids and needed to eat early, but actually - it makes for a perfect start. We were lead to the treehouse and served welcome cocktails (including non alcoholic mocktails for the kids), and we enjoyed watching the sunset with an absolutely unbelievable view. There are two set menus (vegetarian and meat) and all the food was lovely and delicately spiced. I highly recommend the restaurant for the unbeatable location, great atmosphere, attentive service (esp from Solange) and delicious food. We are definitely coming back.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were introduced to the staff by first name and shown to the viewing platform with complimentary drinks. The view is amazing, as is the customer service by Solange, drinks by mixologist Hamilton and live music playing whilst eating the vibrant Indian spiced food. Totally recommend and we’ll be coming back in January at the end of our stay ❤️

Second time dining here and second time Selenge and her team have delivered an excellent tasting platter of some beautifully cooked and presented Indian cuisine with a Creole twist. The restaurant is based within Crystals boutique hotel / villas and the views over the Pitons are stunning - be sure to come here before sunset for an amazing view. It’s also our second visit to Crystals boutique hotel / villas. We love coming here, Monica and her friendly will make you so welcome. The villas are fabulous, we’ve stayed in Papaya and Lemongrass. Papaya has an amazing terrace with views out over the Pitons whereas Lemongrass has views out over the sea / the rain forest where on we had a magnificent view of the St Lucian parrots in their natural habitat. If you want to get away from the fast lane and enjoy some proper genuine non corporate hospitality - Monica and her team at Crystals is the place to come and enjoy some wonderful Indian inspired cuisine at Treetops.

What an adventure! From the drive and arrival to a doorway that lead us upward to the perch of the most magnificent view on the island- the Pitons! The sense of arrival was an adventure in itself walking a path, over a small bridge and up the stairs of this wonderful retreat. We were celebrating our 35th and knew this was a prix fix menu and was excited for the culinary journey. From the host Mike who was a delight to speak with to our mixologist Hamilton who made us cocktails inspired by our taste. We were told what you drink at home is not what you will find here, tell us about what you like to drink and trust us to create a beverage for you. Our servers Monica and Edara where delightful in ensuring our experience was amazing. From the romantic table for two we picked, the colorful lanterns, unique seating spaces and views were spectacular. What a delight for this type of experience and that is what this is, a culinary and imaginative experience. The food was delicious and with Indian influences, a little curry, spice and flavors. The mains included butter chicken, lamb Rohgan Josh, Indian street corn and bodina bread. we absolutely loved it!!! Thank you Mike we will be back!!

This slice of heaven that is off the “high road” well traveled here is worth the effort. Upon walking in to the restaurant, my family of four was warmly greeted by Hamilton. He is the resident mixologist. Hamilton kept us all “Relaxed” for our stay. The setting of the restaurant high in the mountainside with a view of the pitons As the sunset was one we will never forget. Honestly, postcard worthy. The manager and owner were on hand tonight and were lovely to speak with. The meal is a three course fixed menu by the chef which changes frequently. The trio of appetizers were mouth watering and so flavorful... the main meal with two Indian inspires proteins, a lentil dish, rice and season potatoes along with naan was delightful. We highly recommend spending an evening here for the view, drinks, staff and cuisine. Thank you for a lovely evening. I hope we will return soon

If your ever in St Lucia the Treetop Restaurant and Bar is a must visit. The service is impeccable. The hospitality is like none other . The cuisine is authentic. The Indian flavors are on point. The Service was A1. The owners a very personable and take pride in their amazing creation. Their daughter Solagne who runs through Restaurant make you feel at home from the time you walk in the door with the complimentary rum punch . Oh and just tell Hamilton what you desire in you cocktail and he will take it from there. The menu changes daily so you won't find a menu online . Trust me just go and enjoy.

Treetops Restaurant. Crystals A very nice restaurant. A feast for the eyes and the stomach… Restaurant approached up a steep little path, across a stream and then into the main area. Beautifully decorated with palm fringed private dining pods, Indian art everywhere and clever lighting. A tasting menu at 60 usd which is good value for what you get. Run by Solange and her team, who are delightful, this is an experience. Complimentary cocktail served in the upper bar with deck looking across to the Pitons and the sea. Hamilton will suggest drinks and wine. He made me a wonderful green concoction which consisted of blue caricou, local sour orange juice, bitters and rum. Not too sweet and absolutely delicious. I had two! The band were playing on Saturday and The restaurant was busy with a great house party atmosphere. Open to outside visitors and guests alike. The food was amazing. The chef is ex Spice of India. A combination of healthy Indian and Caribbean cuisine with a Thai twist too. Standouts were the fish broth, lamb rogan josh, chicken with cashew nuts and the onion Bhajinwith fresh taramind sauce. If you want seconds of anything they will oblige. Good wine list, again suggested by Hamilton. He has worked in the hospitality industry a long time and knows many of the hotels and restaurants around the island. An island gem with a great sense of humour. Monique our server in the first night had a lovely sense of humour and a VERY good singing voice - as did a lot of the kitchen staff. Unualky, here the serving staff also get involved in the cooking process so really understand the food. Solange owns abd runs the restaurant with a keen eye for detail and is a very gracious host. On our second visit to the restaurant there were many young American couples from places such as Green Fig, Anse Chastanet etc . “Hi to the New Yorkers and to Philadelphia!” Many were unaware that there was a hotel onsite with the restaurant. It seems Crystals is somewhat of a secret on the island. Two very good evenings and the food is addictive. Thank you!

Very difficult to find this restaurant, but such a beautiful place once located! It was unfortunately raining the night we dined, but we could still appreciate the decor and detail of our surroundings. The meal was lovely, but the portions were a little on the small side. And for our Canadian friends, our dinner for two amounted to $190 Cdn so we felt that was a little exorbitant given the portion sizes. However, the food itself was divine, and the ambience and staff spectacular!

After the disappointments with the restaurants down in Soufriere, we spent one evening at Treetop restaurant, and it was just wonderful. With a nice view over Soufriere and the Pitons, the restaurant is aesthetically furnished and decorated, with an open bar serving the best cocktails we had since a long time. I was a bit sceptic first as the only choice was to take an 11-course menu, but it was basically a 4 course menu, with a selection of small choices as starters, main course and desert, which added up to 11 delicious dishes to taste. We have spend here our nicest evening on St. Lucia, and can fully recommend it.

I could probably write a double length review here on this place but im afraid id run out of room and it would look as though tree top paid me to do so! this is an incredible place, a slice of little magic tucked away on the hillsides outside Soufriere. the staff (Solange, Hamilton and others) are all amazingly friendly, the cocktails, the absolutely delicious Indian food and the setting have to be experienced to be believed. it was so good we booked twice. I'm half Indian so Ive grown up on good Indian food and have been to a few Michelin Indian restaurants in London and this absolutely compares - the flavours are simply a joy. what truly makes it is I dont believe you really expect it to be as magical as it is - in all ways. you have to be there to understand that. I'm totally convinced, having eaten there twice in the week and spoken to the staff that they really have no idea how good they actually are. do yourselves a favour and take on the no signs and the bumpy road and go visit. I'll be astonished if you are disappointed.
