I got the beef lasagna and my friend got the beef stuffed avacado and both were delicious!! You definitely get you money's worth. The avacado half was the largest I've seen. It was close to 6 inches long!!

How does this place not have better reviews? I think people are trying to keep the secret... I went for lunch almost two months ago and still can't stop thinking about it. The place was packed with locals (good sign). They knew this place's formula:...good food + good prices = local clientele. Good and quick service were icing on the cake. We had bistec encebollado and carne guisada. I can't wait to get back.More

Food is great but service is extremely slow and out of order. Didn’t love waiting half an hour for my appetizer than 20minutes after for my main course. I asked two people for sauce and none ever brought to me. Definitely reccomend getting take out....Don’t let my experience stop you from visiting.More

I was not going to leave San Juan without getting some food from Bebe's. I am afro-latina and wanted some authentic mofungo. There was a line that extended outside the door to get in and it was raining. We did not have to wait too...long to get seated. Please have a working knowledge of some Spanish and our servers spoke little English. Luckily, I was able to communicate with them well. The service was a little slow at times, but to be expected considering how busy it was. The food was well worth the wait. This is a must whenever in San Juan.More

Went to Bebos today for breakfast and was pointed in the direction where I should sit by a waitress. It took forever for our waitress to see us. Took a long time to get coffee also. The food was good but we were never checked...on while we were eating. We drank all of our coffee without being offered refills or a simple "how is everything." We had to tell another waitress that we were ready for the check, and our waitress took another 10 minutes getting the check to us. Be prepared for bad service and a long wait if you decide to eat here.More

We had missed Bebo's so much and being able to return in 2023 was amazing. Bebo's was one of the restaurants that we missed the most because the food and the service are always the same, great! We will be visiting Puerto Rico again this...year and we cannot wait for another meal at Bebo's.More

Recommended by locals and it didn’t disappoint. The mojito was perfect - strongest drink I’ve had all week! We loved our appetizer of fried cheese and happy that the guava sauce (while wonderful) was served on the side in case you didn’t want it. We...both enjoyed the fish tacos, happy they used Grouper and they were bountiful - 4 - as most places serve three. They will also bring you hot sauce. Now, the downside is that there is absolutely no atmosphere and the decor and seating is just slightly above a cafeteria.More

They should seriously consider renaming this place "Café destructor de inflación" as a PLATE of chicken and 2 fat sides were only $8.95 total. Recommended to us by the good people at the Mango Mansion, Bebo's was our first meal off the plane in PR....It is filled with locals and the bang for your buck here is absolutely bananas. Or plaintains since that's what they eat here, haha. My fault. The highlights for us were the Jerk Beef and the 1/2 chicken paired with the yellow rice and beans. The staff is so friendly, as one of the waiters got us in and out of there in 35 min when we told him we were in a time crunch to get to the strip club. Hahahahah just kidding, allegedly. One of the waiters also asked if I was a musician because I "have the look." I didn't need that gas my boy!! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__More

Uber driver recommended, couple next to us said his PR brother-in-law had as well. It was hopping when I first walked by maybe 4:30? By the time we dined at 7? there was a line we missed by walking in from street rather than from...parking lot! This place is the busiest business I’ve witnessed in a LONG time. It seems terrifically popular with residents and their families and ample reasonably priced meals are the draw. There are NUMEROUS local dishes and we were given one of the few NON Querty menus complete with asterisks showing 5-6 dishes already sold out. Husband ordered esp salmorejo ( crab stew) w/ side of white rice & beans all of which he found very rich and filling. I ordered pork roast w/ side of yellow rice and beans and couldn’t finish it all. Along w. 2 Medellas and a generous tip our total was $48.91. Our server, Eduardo, wasn’t friendly or particularly efficient but nice enough that I could tell he’d warm up if we were to make future visits. Would recommend Bebos for that one-time ‘authentic’ ‘ how the other half lives’ experience.More

We first went there after seeing the great reviews. At 3pm the wait was 30mins, very busy restaurant, we were bit under-impressed with our dishes as the first timer, but it only got better from here since 2nd visit. We actually did take out later,...since there’s always lines any time we pass by it. The takeout is about 15-20mins so much faster than dine-in. The seafood risotto and salad are the best we’ve had. And the price is low compared to its location and close-by restaurants.More

Really nice family restaurant with a buzzing atmosphere, lots of choice, decent food and quick service, all at a reasonable price. Would just advise that they turn the AC on quite high so I got a bit cold since I was dressed for the warm...weather.More

Amazing place. We found this on a wimp and we were so glad we did. It was an easy 10 min walk from where we were staying. We arrived around 230 and the place was almost full. The restaurant is busy & noisy. We were...seated right away. The server was attentive and quick. She assisted answering questions and giving suggestions. I ordered the chicharrones de pollo and it was tasty. The rice & beans were the best I have had in a long time. My mother ordered the sampler (included empanadas, mini chicken cordon blue bites, mozzarella sticks, alcapurria & sorillos) and it was good. My hubby ordered the can can and it was delicious. Also had a mango mojito Great restaurant, great service & great food.More
