The service and food were amazing! I had the steak frites salad - I thought surely that was a typo and it was a steak, frites and salad. But no it was a frites salad and it was terrific. And the staff was very attentive...from the moment I approached the hostess stand. And you can’t beat the view. Highly recommend.More

During COVID restrictions, hotel dining was the only option. Fortunately, the food on this limited menu was nicely prepared and well seasoned. Red snapper was blackened, thick and spicy. Very nice. Creative chef. The evening setting is quiet, soft music yet hear the ocean waves....High prices but convenient if you’re in the hotel.More

We had breakfast here every morning during our 11 day stay. You can choose to eat in the smaller open section which is where most guests go or the much larger indoor area. You do get some lovely views in the open section but this...is offset by the birds wanting to share your breakfast - never leave your table unattended! The fruit and yoghurts are generally good and the cooking station does nice omlettes and fried eggs etc to order. The weakness seems to be the hot buffet which doesn't seem to reflect the make up of the guests. I am not convinced many would want a curry type dish for breakfast but hash browns, mushrooms and the like were very rarely seen. The two toasters must rank among the world's slowest and to compound that you often had put your toast through twice because of the setting.. The breakfasts are quite a relaxing experience with a nice ambience but they are very expensive for what you get and the choice of hot buffet dishes needs improving in my opinion.More

In short: repetitive menu, limited buffet choices both for breakfast and dinner. We stayed a week in the Hilton and the food was the worst and weakest part

Turned up when there was one other table occupied. Tried to order cocktails - none available. Ordered gin/vodka tonics which arrived with no frills (slice of lime maybe?). Daughter had burger and fries which appeared delicious. The food my wife and I ordered at the...same time - never appeared so I can’t comment on that. As the restaurant started to fill, other tables to the left and right of us - that had arrived later than us - received their orders. Perhaps it’s because we weren’t guests of the hotel, but very strange. Anyway despite a very apologetic manager - I just cancelled the food order, paid for my drinks and vowed never to return. Makes me happy I made the right choice to not stay here.More

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience here. I went for my sister's birthday breakfast. The meal was good and the service was good but a little slow. I won't hold them to that too much however, since it was Independence day...and it was packed.More

When we stay at the HIlton, we always have breakfast at the Lighthouse Terrace. The entire meal is always freshly prepared and so tasty. We especially like the omelets made to your order. Fresh fruit, Bajan Bakes and Fish Cakes are always a treat!! If...you re staying at the Hilton, this is the venue for a full cooked to order breakfast and a great way to start your day at the beach or pool. You will not be disappointed as the service is excellent and there are always plenty of smiles to go around.More

Had breakfast here for a week and was impressed by food quality and service. Would have had dinner here too but was inexplicably closed for dinner.

Lovely staff. Warm, welcoming, accommodating. Good variety in dishes for breakfast, not so much for dinner. Unfortunately, all the dishes had way too much salt.

We ate here twice on our week long stay - our first meal on the island and our last meal on the island. Let me preface with "the service is nice and friendly." Our first meal was the Saturday night All You Can Eat Pasta...night. Although the buffet was nice (there are salads and meats and then the "make your own pasta station), for the price, you're better off going elsewhere for dinner away from the resort. We ate here because it was our first night on the island and we were still getting our bearings for how to get around and where to go. It's pretty pricey for pasta. Our last meal here was brunch before leaving the island. Again, pretty pricey, but the Bajan breakfast was delicious and filling. They do have a buffet breakfast but we opted to order off the menu instead. If you're too tired to go outside the hotel for a meal, then sure, you can fill up here, but honestly, your best bet is to get yourself out of the hotel as there are many other delicious restaurants out there that are cheaper.More

Not sure of the brunch cost but it does do a good selection of foods.. they also do buffer style on occasions and also beach barbecues outside! Hope this helps...
