What a great find. Who would have thought that you would find a top class Italian restaurant in Lipa. I have now been there 3 times. They have an extensive menu, which is difficult to provide, nevertheless, every dish I have tried to date was...magnificent. This class of restraint would match any of the top Italian restaurants in any major city. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of produce and cooking. I asked to meet the chef. He was a Filipino and had spent 17 years cooking in Milan, no surprises there. If you like Italian food or just top quality food, you MUST go there!More

As we were searching for an authentic lunch in Lipa, we stumbled this hidden away Italian place. We entered into a European patio and cozy place. We were welcomed by a friendly place and catered to all our needs. Bruschetta was one of our appetizers...and it was tasteful. We ordered seafood linguine and served with generous clams, shrimps and squid. It is definitely a place to return to.More

Wow! Who would have thought you'd find a mean italian restaurant in Lipa? Heading back to Manila from our outing, i suggested to my friends to have lunch somewhere in Lipa. My friend's hubby wanted something local, so i found 2 local Lipa stores. However,...one of my godchild had other plans. She wanted to have pizza! So change of food plans. Then, we came across this top Lipa resto that happened to be an italian place. We navigated thru the streets of Lipa and almost got lost. As per waze, we were supposed to have arrived already but a jap resto named Nori was there. 🤔 head scratch. We passed it and head back; we asked the guard if its Casa Marikit. And he said, yes! Since it was past 1pm, most patrons have gone home. When we came in, it was very posh for a resto not in Manila, which, as per the waiter, is still on soft opening. Reason it doesnt have signboard yet. Only one section is operational and the bigger section is yet to be completed. We tried checking it out and were excited for the big barrel design and bar inside. The menu was so big, i had to put it far from my face. We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 pastas, as seen on my pictures. When the food arrived and we had our fill..all i can say is..bellisimo!! (As my italian colleague would say, with smacking fingertips hand gesture) The place was indeed a gem in Lipa, lucky u 😏More

Beautiful place, average food but pricey. At the end of our meal I ordered for brewed coffee and cafe Americano was served without informing us if its ok. I appreciate if we were charged the price of brewed coffee instead of cafe americano. A simple...gesture but they’re not flexible even in complimentary bread. We paid 1,800pesos total for carbonara, sausage, bread and a cup of coffee. Restroom is nice and clean.More

The food is great, although a little bit pricey. The place is classy and intimate. I think the staffs need more trainings in serving the food and be more alert in dealing with the customers. Keep it up!

Recently reopened after a long refurbishment was so looking forward to our visit. Sadly we were disappointed mainly due to service and in our case average but quite expensive food. My first choice for starter Parma Ham and Melon was not available but was only...advised of this after 15 mins. I reordered choosing Onion Soup. My Wife's starter arrived a very indifferent Bruchetta and I waited patiently for my Soup. They then delivered my Wife's main course whilst she was still finishing her starter and whilst I still awaited my Soup. After complaining they took the main course away and eventually delivered my soup approximately one hour after ordering it. Like the main courses that followed(Pasta) the soup was only warm. The highlight of the evening was when the waiter asked if we wanted the 1770 peso bottle of Prosecco served at room temperature or chilled. When I asked for it to be served in a wine bucket with ice I was advised "Sorry we do not have any" . The waiter seemed unaware that white sparkling wines would seldom if ever be served at room temperature. This is quite an expensive restaurant and hopefully by the next time we visit the staff will have more experience and the service levels will have improved. They have a long way to go though before they reach the levels of excellence they enjoyed in the past. To be fair we were offered a complimentary Gelato but still had to pay a mandatory service charge of 10% added to our bill. Was a sad evening as it was our wedding anniversary.More

Prices were a bit on the upscale but the food more than makes up for it. I particularly enjoyed the Osso Buco and Lasagne Bolognese. The place could use a lot of improvements though as the ambiance was a little depressing when we got there

This place opened a month ago with a Filipino Chef who has over 17years cooking experience in Italy . Excellent food and exceptional service, we tried the tomato soup with vegetables , the seafood risotto, some other seafood dish , the pasta Arabbiata , the...spring chicken with vegetables , the home made coffee Gelato , all were really tasty and very close to the real Italian if you have ever tasted Italian food in Italy . Not many parking places, only few tables are available downstairs, the upper floor tables are not yet available, hopefully soon , so get there early and book well in advance, highly recommended Also the setting , the lighting , all just perfect ,More

This is approximately five kilometers from the city of Lipa just beside the perimeter wall of Fernando Air Base, Lipa City after passing through several traffic jams leading towards this Italian -inspired restaurant. This restaurant has fusion of the modern and shabby chic ambiance. The...lighting is just perfect for me, not too glitzy and glaring. A bit pricey indeed but got to try it once in a while. Got no complains with the service. We got free panna cotta. Just a limited parking space but diners come and go. Try to take a sneak peak of the owners antique collections beside the restaurant with permission.More
