We enjoyed an intimate dinner at this tiny sushi bar over a leisurely 1 & 1/2 hours, with 16 exquisite dishes. The restaurant only seats 10 diners & so it is intimate, with the chef who has good English explaining each dish. Being Omakase the...chef decides what is served. Whilst it is quite expensive the quality is very high & the service very personal & so it is good value.More

My wife and I had an amazing omakase dinner. The restaurant is an intimate little sushi bar (I think 8 seats total), so it really feels like you're getting the sole attention of the chef. The fish was some of the best we've ever had....The chef was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about where each type of fish comes from and what's in and out of season this time of year. For non-Japanese speakers, the chef lived in the US for a while and speaks very good English. This isn't a cheap place, but if you're serious about good sushi, it's definitely the place to go.More

Chef Shinji is funny and accommodating. We were late by an hour due to flight delay and had to add an extra seat because of last minute changes but he is still willing to accommodate. Ambience is clean, bright and pleasant. Service is immaculate. The...sushi is fresh and delicious. I can't ask for more.More

We hesitated to book this place as there was only a couple of reviews at the time. Oh boy thanks God we went, the food was absolutely delicious! it's not that easy to find as it is in a quiet street, even the taxi driver...struggled to find it. But once you find it, just enter, and relax. There are not tables, it's just a L shape sushi counter with 9 seats. The food is Omakase so you don't really know what you will receive. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The sushi chef was pleasant to talk to and very skilful indeed, a joy to watch. Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret it, although it is not cheap.More

This place is great! It's simple and really delicious, the best sushi I've had in quite a while actually, washed down with a lovely bottle of Californian white wine. The staff are polite, friendly and attentive. I was very comfortable there and will definitely head...back whenever I or a client want's top class sushi.More
