Great ambience and service. Passed by for lunch. Quality of the food is only so-so with too much pepper in the soup.

We had a great experience at Poppioo. Ordering from the automated machine outside was fast, easy, and fun. The service was great and the food was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed!

This Taiwanese Ramen restaurant has such unique feature. It bring the special Taiwanese chili into the Ramen with the chicken soup stock. It makes the soup spicy but not too hard to accept, this is the original Ramen restaurant, worth giving it a try.

We went yesterday and the food is yummy and with nice price. The staff super friendly. The place is clean and modern style. To order you need to use one machine at the entrance. I recommend this place.

Description
Peeling chili is a unique specialty of Hualien in Taiwan. It is made from green peppers. It is full of flesh, crispy and juicy in taste, and green peppers are fried and peeled after being fried. Enjoying the peeling chili cuisine, the entrance has never been forgotten. The founder hopes to share this impression with the city's people who are fighting to work in various industries, and also allows Taiwanese travelers to learn more about Taiwan by peeling chili food.
