There is a reason Mojitos is rated the no1 restaurant in Port Barton from the cocktails to the food. Set in a lush tropical oasis you are welcomed with happy faces from the moment you arrive, the food is incredible and the portions are generous...which makes it great if you want to share. The cocktail list is extensive with of course the signature mojitos which come in various sizes from the single glass to the fishbowl!! Rob and Jaqui don`t just look after the customers and staff they also help the local community especially the dogs and cats spending several hours each day feeding them. It really is a must go to place in Port Barton you won`t be disappointed.More

I couldn't be happier with my visit to Mojitos. The food was phenomenal and the service impeccable. The owners are very invested in the local community and do a ton there to help the stray dogs. If you want a fantastic meal and to support...an awesome cause, you can't look any further than Mojitos. Also the best cocktails in town!More

From amazing owners and amazing staff to the layout and music choice for the venue Mojitos have really thought of everything. Mojitos is an off the beaten track oasis which from the moment you walk across the wooden bridge you are welcomed with open arms....The bathroom is even a treat to visit! The food is next level delicious and the drinks menu is a gift from above. They make the most amazing cocktails that really honor the Mojitos name. The owners Rob and Jaq also do amazing work with the local animals providing care where and when they can as well as currently creating a animal refuge to further expand their amazing work.More

I've been saving this review until the Covid travel restrictions are starting to lift, feels like the time is right. We visited Mohitos in mid Jan 2020. The night prior to our visit we heard of a new place, the Voodoo Bar in Port Barton,...that is owned by a friend of a friend based out of Victoria BC Canada and his wife from New Zealand. We decided to check it out and ended up meeting Rob (owner of Mohitos & Voodoo Bar) and enjoying a great night with expertly mixed drinks, great conversation at this new venture in downtown Port Barton. Rob even mixed me a Paralyzer, which was delicious by the way. Anyways, we were primed to go to Mohitos the next night for a full dinner for 6. Upon arrival, the setting is above the town and you can feel the intimate jungle vibes and the cozy setting. There was a bottle of Champagne on ice waiting for us! (Thank you Rob, that was an unforgettable gesture!) Needless to say we enjoyed that thoroughly while perusing the drink menus. We decided on ordering a variety of the special drinks and we were not disappointed. I had the Lychee Thai Basil Mohito. The standard of mixology here is above and beyond anything we experienced in the Philippines. For food we ended up ordering dishes to share including some amazing chicken wings, a couple of apply platters, fish tacos, beef sliders followed by some seriously decadent deserts. I had the chocolate cake with salted caramel. Everything was expertly prepared and presented. The service was on point, but never obtrusive. I can appreciate the amount of training the owners have invested into creating such a great team, for a noticeably elevated service experience . We are looking forward to visiting again. Port Barton is a Gem and the vision Rob and Jacqueline have as a part of the community is inspiring, ask him about some of the things they are doing with the community for animals. It's nice to feel you can indirectly be a part of supporting that cause. We will be back!! :)More

It’s a little out the way but boy is it worth it. The food and atmosphere is lovely and the hosts Rob and Jacqueline make the experience one of my favourites from visiting port barton.

We both tried one of their signature mojitos and shared the coconut adobo - OMG it was delicious!...Highly recommend to visit if you are in Port Barton, it is worth every penny!More

This is a re-review, my last full meal here was 2 years ago. Super short version: try it once, be prepared for the bill, expect to want to come back anyway. Long version: The food is rich, flavourful and simply delicious. Their starters are even...better than before (the hummus was fantastic). Yes, by Philippines pricing expectations it is an expensive place. You get top notch western quality, in the middle of nowhere, and it makes for a lovely night out. The gardens are immaculately filled with local plants, and everything about it is cozy and relaxed, while still being a little bit classy in the jungle. For those that complain about the distance (it is a hike), there are plenty of trike drivers who will ferry you back and forth (bumpy trip, though, walking is almost easier!) PS. If all you want is some cheap drinks, there is a local karaoke bar not far. If you to have something a bit special, visit Mojitos.More
