We came here for dinner on our last night at Crimson. Ambience is relaxing with a great view of the beach, you can sit inside the restaurant but they also offer patio sitting. The food is good, my young kids are picky eaters and they...both liked the roasted spring chicken,it was very soft and flavorful. We tried the el pulpo for appetizer,perfectly grilled and seasoned well. Hubby ordered the butler steak, and I got the cazuella de mariscos. Both are perfectly cooked to our specification. I love the seafood medley as the fish taste fresh. Shellfishes are not gummy and sauce creamy. Also kids and hubby love the mango ice cream (taste homemade and creamy)-this was in the kids' menu dessert. Besides these excellent food. We had an outstanding server, she is very friendly, anticipates our needs and very attentive. The manaher also approached us and chatted for a bit abt the restaurant etc. People are very friendly and hospitable. We are glad we tried it here before leaving ❤.More

A perfectly sized steak restaurant with some of the best views on the island. Food and service was exceptional.

First time to eat here together with another couple. nice, relaxed ambience, enjoyed their steaks. For dessert, tried the churros -- so so. But their tres leches was particularly good. Service was above par, thanks to Ara for being taking care of us.

The staff are very hospitable and attentive to their designated areas. Our glasses were never empty. The food was amazing especially the Rib Eye on the bone. $$ is not even a worry if you are after a good experience and quality food and wine....So, if you are food and wine lovers, go to Mosaic! You won't regret it. If you do, then there is something wrong with you!More

During our last night at Crimson, we had our dinner at Mosaic to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Food and service were both superb! We will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of dining here thrice during a week stay here at the resort. We enjoyed every aspect of their hospitality and attentiveness. Especially Ms. Lyn who was quite exceptional and goes beyond the call of duty. She was very accommodating and makes...you feel at ease while keeping you satisfied and full. We can't say anything bad nor felt we were left with a bad taste in our mouths. The staff was wonderful and professional. The ambience was delicante and the mood was breath-taking. One of the best dining experiences ive had in the philippines in a while. Ambiance was breath taking. Our server Rinalyn was amazing. Have to hand it to the chef/kitchen staff. Flavors and techniques are world class. Order the seabass.

Came here on our first night. Every single dish was exquisite. We ordered the scallop ceviche, grilled octopus, corn soup, wagyu steak, and sea bass. Service is top notch, a Crimson standard. Highly recommended!
